Hello Faisal, treatment depends on several factors including the severity of the injury, the type of injury, the length of time since the injury, and other existing conditions. And since you have mentioned it's been 10 years, so the reason is nerve tissue grows slowly, so it can take several years to know the full benefit of surgery.
Further, there are various surgeries we have mentioned below:
Nerve graft: In this procedure, the damaged part of the brachial plexus is removed and replaced with sections of nerves harvested from other parts of your body. This helps restore your arm's function.
Nerve transfer: When the nerve root has been torn from the spinal cord, surgeons often take a less important nerve that's still working and connect it to a nerve that's more important but not working.
Muscle transfer: Muscle transfer is a procedure in which your surgeon removes a less important muscle or tendon from another part of your body, typically the thigh, transfers it to your arm, and reconnects the nerves and blood vessels supplying the muscle.

Hope this answer helps you.

Female | 30
It sounds like you're experiencing significant back and neck pain, possibly due to misalignments in your spine as shown in your MRI results. These misalignments could be causing pressure on your nerves, leading to your enduring discomfort. I recommend consulting with an orthopedic surgeon or a spine specialist to discuss further treatment options, such as injections or surgery, to alleviate your pain effectively.

I'm a 19 year old boy I have question regarding bone related. Wheather my growth plates are fused?
Male | 19
Did you know that growth plates are areas at the ends of bones in children and teenagers where growth occurs? But when we stop growing, these growth plates fuse. In boys, this usually happens between the ages of 17 to 19. If you're 19 and not sure if yours have fused, you won't be able to tell without a medical exam. If you're worried, you should probably consider speaking to an orthopedist.

Female | 26
Ketoprofen GH is a medicine that helps with pain and swelling. It works by reducing chemicals in your body that cause pain and inflammation. If you are experiencing pain, you can take Ketoprofen GH as recommended by a doctor. Be aware that digestive system disorders and vertigo can be serious side effects. Follow the instructions thoroughly and consult an orthopedist if anything is unclear.

I'm 22 years old female, I had a motorcycle accident at 17 yrs old. I feel a popping sound in my upper left below my ribcage every time I pressed it. I don't feel pain, but I sometimes feel pain in unexpected time or day. I have been into a motorcycle accident from 5 years ago the handlebar hit me exactly on that spot. After, that I can't walk for too long, can't go hiking cause my lower left abdomen hurts like something is tearing apart. I have to pressed it upward to alleviate the pain and walk. It was accompanied, If I walk for too long or exercise like jumping it hurts and I find it hard too breath and have heavy left leg. it's been stable, as long as I don't do does activities. Also lifting heavy object while walking for a distance makes my lower left abdomen hurts. I can describe the feeling as something like an organs of my mine is tearing or pulling.
Female | 22
The popping sound and pain in both your upper and lower left abdomen might indicate harm done to organs or tissues in that area. Trouble with breathing could also be linked with this; so could the feeling of heaviness in one or both legs. You must visit an orthopedist who will carry out a thorough examination before prescribing treatment methods aimed at arresting these developments.

Regarding some medicine .... I m having osteoarthritis
Female | 49
Osteoarthritis is a condition that can cause pain and stiffness in your joints. The tissues that cushion your joints wear away, leading to this problem. Sometimes it may be due to old age, an injury, or obesity. You can do low-impact exercises such as walking or swimming to relieve the pain. Alternatively, apply ice packs or use heating pads on the affected area. Furthermore, purchasing footwear with proper arch support may also alleviate discomfort.

Complete tear of infraspinatus tendon noted from its insertion site with torn retracted end noted just proximal to coracoid. Mild atrophy of infraspinatus muscle. The infraspinatus muscle appears edematous at places. Diffuse tendinosis with high grade partial tear of subscapularis tendon at its insertion site. Partial tear of intra articular part of long head of biceps tendon. Severe acromioclavicular joint arthrosis noted with subchondral cysts and small bony spurs. Mild shoulder joint effusion with fluid in subdeltoid and subacromial bursa. Do this need surgery
Female | 48
Your shoulder has multiple problems causing pain and limiting movement. You have torn tendons, muscle weakness, and joint issues. Surgery may repair the torn tendons and reduce joint arthritis. That could relieve symptoms and improve function. Visit an orthopedist for further treatment.

Essentially failure of the right ACL graft. Blunting of the free edge of the body of the right medial meniscus. Indeterminate appearances of the root of the posterior horn of the right medial meniscus. Tearing of the right lateral meniscus at the junction between the posterior horn and body. An early right knee 'cyclops' lesion cannot be completely excluded. Very early right knee joint degenerative changes.
Male | 25
Your right knee is having some issues. One of the causes of pain, swelling, and the inability to move the knee can be an incorrectly functioning graft that the ACLs are made of. The meniscus tears can cause more pain and problems with your knee bending down. The 'cyclops' lesion may be why it is difficult to straighten your knee. When early changes in the joint are seen, this may be an indication of the wearing down of the knee joint cartilage. Physical therapy and possibly surgery may be needed to treat these conditions. Consult your orthopedic doctor for the best treatment plan.

Female | 23
Waking with discomfort can seem worrisome, yet common causes exist. It might've been from an awkward sleeping position or strained muscles. Try gentle stretching exercises or a warm shower for relief. However, if pain persists or intensifies, then seeking medical attention from an orthopedist would be prudent.

Neck pain from last 10 days. Burning pain on upper cervical spine. Pins and needles in left hand and left foot.
Female | 38
When you mention neck pain for the last 10 days, do you mean a burning sensation in the upper part of your neck? Also, have you felt pins and needles in your left hand and foot? These could be signs of a nerve problem due to the alignment of your neck bones. A medical professional should scan this area to find the exact cause and prescribe the proper treatment, which may include physical therapy or medication if necessary.

Spinal cord complete injury
Male | 24
Complete spinal cord injuries often result in permanent disability, and the exact level and severity depend on the location of the spinal cord injury.
Rehabilitation therapy, assistive devices, and adaptive strategies are often used to help those with complete spinal cord injuries to regain as much independence and functionality as possible. Recovery from a complete spinal cord injury can be limited, but there have been improved outcomes for some.

Minor fracture in spinal cord everything is fine leg is alos working can I will be okhy
Female | 19
It's good that your leg is still functioning well—that’s a good sign! You might feel symptoms like pain, numbness, or tingling. The most common causes are accidents or falls. The usual treatment involves rest, possibly wearing a brace and physical therapy. With proper care and rest, you'll likely recover well. Make sure to follow your doctor’s advice.

I have broken a bone in my hand which was hit a month ago, but even after a month, the bone is not joint. There is also a plaster bandage on the hand.
Male | 27
It may take longer for the bone to heal if it has not done so after four weeks. Factors such as blood supply or movement at the site of the fracture can cause this. While you should keep the plaster cast on and avoid using the hand too much, it would also be best to visit an orthopedist again so that they can offer further advice on how to care for and ensure proper healing of the bone.
