Pourquoi ma cheville me fait-elle mal lorsque je bouge ?
Je me suis tordu la cheville il y a quelques heures, quand cela s'est produit, cela m'a fait très mal, mais j'ai réussi à me lever quelques minutes plus tard et à rentrer chez moi à pied. Je me suis reposé pendant quelques heures et quand j'ai essayé de marcher à nouveau, ça m'a fait très mal. Je ne peux pas marcher sur mon pied ni même le bouger lorsque j’essaie de le faire. Ça fait très mal, mais quand je ne le bouge pas ou que je ne marche pas dessus, ça ne fait pas mal du tout. La douleur est partout autour de la cheville, c'est comme une tension ou quelque chose qui bloque mes mouvements.
