Recently i am facing joint pain, specially knee pain. cannot sleep more than 5 hours. after waking up from bed too much of back pain, i am taking calcium medicine and vitamin D3 but still the same problem

I am 15 years old and have had a knee injury for 11 months . It started out as a meniscus injury and that has gotten better.
