Why am I having appetite loss on malaria medication?

I take opioids for recreational use and also for anxiety. They have been a life saver for me. But now all of a sudden I am experiencing extreme constipation. It is worth nothing I've had chronic constipation issues my whole life pretty much. I took 2 glasses of MiraLax and 3 Dulcolax stimulant laxatives.

I am 19 and I had surgery 8 days ago and had to go on oxy. i’ve stopped taking it about 4 days ago. For the past 8 days i haven’t been able to poop. I have to go very bad but every time i do it’s too painful to pass and i have to suck it back up. i took 4 stool softeners yesterday and 1 the day before.
