NMO, short for Neuromyelitis Optica, is an autoimmune disease that hits the nervous system and is likely to be rare. It is marked by the presence of a range of symptoms such as for example vision impairment, muscle weakness, and bladder control problems. NMO by itself is indeed not the reason for pregnancy issues but making an appointment with the right doctor to talk about these issues is fundamental. They can assist in treating the disease.

Headache and leg pain fever

Male | 12

Headaches and leg pain along with fever could be caused by several things. The most usual one is a viral infection such as flu which can cause pain in the entire body. Dehydration and not eating properly can also cause these symptoms. Drink enough water, rest, and try to eat healthy foods. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, it is advisable to go to the doctor as soon as possible.

Its been 5 months, post stroke treatment, urinary incontinence, not feeling of hunger

Male | 59

After someone has had a stroke, they may not be able to control their bladder and bowel movements. This can result in them wetting or soiling themselves accidentally. One of the reasons for this is that the brain may not be sending the right signals for feeling hungry either. The problem could also be due to damage from the stroke affecting this part of the brain. It would therefore help if you talked with your doctor about it. They could think of ways to help you such as through exercises or drugs.

I am a 43-year-old woman experiencing sleeplessness. I consulted a neurologist who gave me sleeping pills, but I wasn't interested in taking them. I tried setting a proper sleep schedule and reduced screen time, but there have been no improvements.

Female | 43

Setting a proper sleep schedule and reducing screen time are good steps, but sometimes additional help is needed. Since the neurologist's treatment didn't suit you, I recommend visiting a sleep specialist. They can provide personalized advice and alternative treatments to improve your sleep.

I am 16 years old male and I have headache in one side of head till 3 days and I have used saridon to recover this .

Male | 16

You have had a headache on one side of your head for about 3 days. That may be a migraine. Migraines are sharp pains in the head that happen on one side of the head after nausea or sensitivity to light. Saridon might alleviate the pain for a while, however, it is essential to find out about the causes of your migraines.  Notice any symptoms you have and whatever triggers lead up to your headaches. Avoiding heiks like stress, lack of sleep, favorite foods, or loud noises may help you stop migraines. Should headaches continue or deteriorate, a doctor is the right person to consult.
