hello! how are you? apparently i woke up today from a nightmare, but problem is that when i woke up there was a severe coldness everywhere in my body and my heartbeat was going 180mph for the past 15 minutes now, that was like 6 hours ago, now i’m doing fine and my heartbeat is now at 86mph and i’m relaxing but i feel like i’m still traumatized haha, should i be concerned tho or is it something normal??

You can learn how to control your breathing when talking about it with them and other ways of calming down too if they know about it. Try doing things before going to bed like making a routine so that every time before sleep you will make sure that you get into bed more easily also practice good habits around sleep like not watching any screens an hour before bedtime because they keep awake longer which means fewer hours spent resting. If these symptoms stay or get worse then maybe it's time to see the doctor and tell them what’s been happening.

dr . i use risperidone now i stopped it. after risperidone i use tryptophan and tyrosine supplements but problem is my serotonin and dopamine level not increase it decrease my neurotransmitter level .this problem come i use risperidone haloperidol drugs. i use herbal (mucuna pruriens ,5htp) and amino acid supplements for neurotransmitter it same my serotonin dopamine level decreased. dr why it happened ?how to it cure. ?
