You need thorough clinical examination with a multidisciplinary team of Orthopedic Surgeon/Neurologists. We need to find out at which neural level is the existing problem Eg. Spinal cord, Peripheral nerve. This should be done ASAP which would improve the chances of recovery.

I am 24years old male and met with an road accident 9 days back and was on some pain killers and i got my x-ray and CT scan done 3 days back that is 6 days post accident the report stated it's avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament. Minimal posterior, cranial displacement of the fracture fragments noted.the consulted doctor suggested surgery is the option and i am looking to avoid it. As per my understanding, you are experiencing discomfort in your waist & knee and gradual decreased sensation in your lower limbs, along with difficulty in walking as well. What does this MRI mean? Very small right of midline C6-C7 disc herniation. No stenosis. No spinal cord edema or abnormal enhancement. There is a 9 mm right thyroid nodule

There's no abnormal swelling in the spinal cord and no narrowing of the spinal canal. Moreover, the 9 mm right thyroid nodule is seen, which needs to be evaluated by an Endocrinologist.
