I am 26 and I am 5.2 feet in height. I wat to increase 2.5-3 inches of my height. is it possible? any medical treatment or supplement or medicine? please help me.
Male | 26
I must inform you that after the age of 18-20, the growth plates in your bones usually fuse, and your bones stop growing. So it's unlikely that you can increase your height by 2.5 to 3 inches through medical treatment, supplements, or medicines.
There is also a surgical procedure called Limb lengthening but its a complex one considered as a last resort for those with severe limb length discrepancies and comes with certain risks & complications.

This may be due to different causes like infections or underlying health conditions. To confirm the diagnosis, tests such as blood test, urine test, and imaging tests might be necessary. Hi Iam 26 years old and I’m having a severe cough and breathlessness , I have done a chest x ray and COVID RTPCR but nothing is in the reports ..but at night I’m suffering from cough and breathlessness
Male | 26
It is possible that you may have an underlying respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD that is causing your symptoms. You should see a doctor for a more thorough evaluation and to discuss treatment options. It is also possible that your symptoms could be caused by allergies or other environmental triggers. An allergist or pulmonologist can help you identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and develop an effective treatment plan.

To speed up forearm injury healing, rest the affected area, apply ice packs every few hours, use compression, elevate the arms, consider pain relievers, and start gentle exercises after a few days. I have mutation my ear appear asymmetrical actually is my left ear bended backward
Male | 19
I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist to get your ear examined. Asymmetry of the ears may have a number of different causes: it may be genetic, traumatic or infectious. Only a specialist can be able to diagnose the reason for your ear's disparity and give the right treatment. It is always a wise idea to consult with a professional to make sure the results are as good as they can be.

Hi doc suffering from cold and cough and throat pain want to consult
Male | 32
I see you are suffering from a cold, cough, and sore throat, which are quite unpleasant. These symptoms are usually caused by viral infections and, in most cases, they cause the sore throat to become inflamed. So as to make your situation better, try to be well-hydrated, get enough rest, and use the non-prescription medications either lozenges or anti-inflammatory drugs. Warm saltwater gargles can offer your favorite relief. In case your symptoms are still present or severe enough after a couple of days, get proper medical check-up and treatment.

I am 23 year old female studying in abroad in Latvia. I have been doing the part time job which requires standing for 9 hours straight. In here I'm not having any sunlight, and now I have been here for one year, and the winter is coming...there is no sunlight in here, food is not proper, and I have been eating fast foods....and getting fat day by day, even if I'm not eating anything fat is increasing,I cannot walk, getting tired easily, and there is issue while climbing the stairs...and there is pain in my legs everyday for the standing...I don't have any energy...feeling dizzy. And I'm not even able to tie my shoe lace...feeling suffocated while doing this...can you please recommend any solution for this....and can you please recommend supplements to take and what all needs to be take care when we are taking the supplements??
Female | 23
These symptoms, such as fatigue, weight gain, leg pain, and dizziness, could be caused by healthy foods that your diet lacks, like Vitamin D and proper nutrition. This means that junk foods that you eat do not guarantee the demand for adequate vitamins and minerals required by our bodies. To get rid of it, switch to a meal plan that contains ultra-low vegetables, more fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Moreover, take a Vitamin D supplement because sunshine is lacking in your area. Make sure to take the correct dosage from the package and ask your doctor if needed when taking supplements. Drink water and exercise to increase your energy and overall health.
