Aapko jo takleef mehsoos ho rahi hai, woh kaafi samanya ho sakta hai. Stress, thakan, ya kisi choti si injury ki wajah se yeh dard ho sakta hai. Kambal se dhakna is liye aaram de sakta hai kyunki is se aapko warmth milti hai aur muscles relax hoti hain. Aap thoda rest karein, gentle stretching karein, aur warm compress istemal karein. Agar dard barh raha hai ya zyada samay tak reh raha hai, toh ek neurologist se salah lena zaroori hai.

You might have tension headaches. They cause mild upper head pain and numb ears. Common culprits? Stress piles on. Poor posture adds strain. Staring at screens strains eyes. It seems that you might have a condition that is known as a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak which occurs when there is a tear in the tissues that surround the brain. If your pain is on the left side of your head and you have fluid leaking from your nose when you bend your head forward, the doctor can tell you more about this. It is important to see a neurologist for proper diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.
