It is concerning that your continuous headaches (4-5 year) with Vasograin as prescribed by a doctor. There might be a need for you to reassess the situation and get medical advise from a neurologist who is well trained in the management of headaches and their complications. They could give a more profound diagnosis as well as offer possible replacement treatment options. Furthermore, don't shy away from visiting the office and speaking with a specialist that can help you out.

My icp pressure is 29 what i do and is treatment or risk factors
Female | 21
Pressure inside your skull, known as intracranial pressure (ICP), is measuring higher than the typical range at 29. This elevated level could signify an underlying issue concerning your brain's health. Indicators like persistent headaches, nausea, and vision disturbances may manifest. Potential causes range from traumatic head injuries to various neurological conditions. Seeking prompt medical evaluation from a neurologist is crucial to pinpoint the precise cause and initiate appropriate treatment.

I am 22 years old male I have headache in back side of head and stiff neck somedays I feel drowsiness all the day and headache is severe Sometimes it hurts very bad
Male | 22
It seems like you might be having tension headaches. These usually cause aching at the back of the head and make your neck feel stiff. Another symptom is always feeling tired and wanting to sleep. Ensure that you rest well, manage stress and maintain a good posture habit. In case the problem persists then I would advise you see a doctor who will give further guidance after examining you.

Male | 30
You seem to suffer from chronic insomnia and tension headaches. Your heart can actively start to beat in your head, heart, or hands during the panic attacks. The lack of sleep that causes the symptoms gets even worse daily. Among them, which can be triggered by stress, insomnia, and bad habits in sleeping. Create a bedtime routine, restrict caffeine, and screen time before bed, and practice deep breathing percussions. Physical activity and counseling can also be amongst the manners to receive further benefits.

But in Oct 2023 my voice is also affected can't speak now. Myositis panel of antibodies negative But Achr antibodies positive and ace levels are high. Still cpk is 1800 and hscrp is 17. 86. Diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and taking prednisone mmf and pyridostigmine now. Taken ivig also but still no improvement in voice and weakness. Recently I had severe diarrhea due to high dose of mmf. I want to know will rituximab treatment will be helpful for me. As my doctor is planning for that but now my cd 19 levels also high. Kindly suggest helpful which and what treatment is suitable and advisable.
Female | 54
It seems you're dealing with health issues like myositis and myasthenia gravis, which weaken muscles affecting your legs and voice. Since previous treatments haven’t helped, your doctor suggests rituximab to reduce inflammation and improve symptoms. Monitoring is important due to high CD19 levels. Be sure to discuss any concerns or side effects with your neurologist.

I have been diagnosed with bells palsy for the past 2 weeks, so I want the best medicine?
Male | 24
For bells palsy consult a neurologist from a well known hospital in India or ENT specialist, for personalized treatment. There are a few common treatments like corticosteroids to reduce inflammation, eye care to protect the affected eye, and possibly physical therapy. There's no one size fits all medicine for this condition, so follow your doctor's advice for the most effective treatment plan for your needs.

Male | 52
The tremor in the right hand can be annoying. Parkinson's disease is usually a result of a lack of a chemical in the brain called dopamine. The main treatment usually consists of medications that help control dopamine deficiency. Promising stem cell therapy research is found, but it remains a non-standard Parkinson's Disease treatment. One must have a conversation with their neurologist to decide the best option compatible with the individual.

Different things could lead to headaches, such as stress, dehydration, or lack of sleep. Please try drinking some water, staying in a calm place, and taking some deep breaks. Also, it is better to avoid being on screens for a while. Pack some regular meals and snacks as well. If the headache is still there or more severe, please seek medical help from a neurologist.

Brahmi capsules are often used for potential memory enhancement, but their effectiveness varies. Before trying them, consult a doctor due to differences in dosage and individual response. Male | 60
Facial paralysis, which is a condition characterized by partial or complete facial muscle weakness, may result from other factors as well, for instance, nerve inflammation or virosome infections. Since the doctor is treating your diabetes and high blood pressure, it is very important to be very careful. Although I am not allowed to give you a prescribed medicine, you should consult a neurologist who can check your state and find the best medicine or treatment that will help you to get rid of the illness.

Male | 27
It seems you might have a health issue called peripheral neuropathy. This makes nerves send wrong signals to the brain. It makes feet and palms feel burning pains. It also hurts legs calves and muscles. This happens from diabetes, nutrition problems, or infections. To feel better, see a neurologist. They will find out what causes it. They might give meds, physical therapy, or life changes.

I am 22 years old guyFor the past 2 weeks i have been feeling brain fog. I feel like a robot and it feels like i am not aware of my surroundings very well and i lack clarity. Although i am able to complete everyday tasks and even communicate properly. I have noticed when I indulge myself into something for a moment it gets a little better but then again i start feeling it again. I was going to gym regularly and pushing hard. Moreover i was also consuming coffee before workout and whey protein. For a first few days it was for shorter period and then i was fine but now its been two weeks its constant. I have left everything but still it persists. I think it might be an anxiety. But i have never been diagnosed with it or any mental issues. On the other hand i wear spectacles I thought maybe it was due to that i got my eyesight checked they say its the same. So now i am very worried. Please let me know what should i do. Thank u very much.
Male | 22
Brain fog can cause dullness and difficulty concentrating. It may be triggered by stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, or certain medications. By cutting out coffee and workout-boosting herbs, you're already on the path to recovery. To help clear the fog, focus on getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and practicing calming activities like meditation or walking. If symptoms persist, it's best to consult a neurologist.

I feel very strong pressure in my head and behind my eyes whenever I lie down or sit, but it eases when I stand, and sometimes I hear a slight crackling sound or the sound of small bubbles from inside my head. I went to a neurologist and the results of the MRI determined that I had spondylosis in the cervical vertebrae and stenosis in the cervical spinal canal, and he prescribed these medications to me. baclofen 10mg twice a day antox, santanerva, celebrex 200mg once a day antodine three times a day I started treatment three weeks ago, but the symptoms are the same and there is no improvement. The doctor told me that the headache and pressure should decrease, but once the effect of the baclofen wears off, the pain and pressure return as they were. I take the medications regularly. Every time I ask the doctor, he doesn't answer me anymore, and I don't know whether to take the treatment or stop, and I know that I can't stop baclofen suddenly because it's dangerous. What should I do?? Are there medications that are better than these medications or more effective in relieving pain at least, and is there anything additional in the x-ray that the doctor did not say about? normal weight, chronic diseases: gerd
Female | 21
The pressure in your head and crackling sound may indicate a nerve issue in the neck. While the medication you're taking can help, if you're not feeling better, it's important to explore other treatment options. Don't worry about changes in your baclofen dose, but consult your neurologist before making any adjustments. You may also want to ask about other medications that could be more suitable for your condition. As for the X-ray, the doctor likely focused on the areas related to your main symptoms, which is why nothing else was mentioned.
