Alcohol addiction is serious, and professional help is vital. Be cautious with Ayurvedic remedies; extreme effects when drinking aren't common but can occur. The best option is to address addiction properly with the guidance and support of healthcare professionals.

It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by intense worry and sudden fear. Common signs include a racing heart, shortness of breath, sweating, or feeling dizzy. These experiences can stem from stress, life changes, or even underlying health issues. One effective strategy is practicing deep breathing and mindfulness exercises to help ground yourself. Regular physical activity and a balanced diet can also be beneficial. If these feelings persist, it may be helpful to talk to a psychiatrist. I have been taking paliperidone for the past month. I have been out of it for a couple days so I decided to take some Seroquel to help with the voices and whatnot that I have been hearing. Is there any need to be concerned about the drug interactions if I haven't had any paliperidone I close to 48 hours?
Male | 37
Switching between medicines like paliperidone and Seroquel is tricky. Even if time passed since your last paliperidone dose, drug interactions may happen. Mixing them risks dizziness, drowsiness, and uneven heartbeats. Consulting your doctor for personalized advice is wise.

Perhaps you face panic attack signs due to anxiety and stress. When anxious, our bodies can have increased pulse, throat tightness, and gas issues. Take deep breaths, drink water, relax to handle it. Additionally, therapy may help you address your anxiety. Visit a psychiatrist.

I am 36 years old, doing night shift work tobearn money from last few years, pure veg,no egg ,no fish non drinker non smoker, unable to sleep properly and some time anxiety occurs.
Male | 36
This might be that the night shifts have disturbed your body's internal clock, which can lead to sleeplessness. The lack of sleep can also be a contributing factor to anxiety. Try to make a sleep schedule and stick to it, avoid caffeine and screens before bed, and relax your mind with deep breathing or gentle music before going to sleep.

Female | 19
Experiencing sleeplessness at this age can be frustrating. Common symptoms include difficulties falling or staying asleep, leading to daytime fatigue and irritability. Potential causes may be stress, irregular schedules, or excessive screen time before bed. To improve sleep quality, establish a calming bedtime routine, limit caffeine intake in the afternoon, and create a comfortable sleep environment. Regular physical activity can also help. If these changes don’t bring relief, please consider speaking with a specialist who can provide tailored guidance and support. Prioritizing your well-being is essential, and help is available.

I am 31 year old living alone abroad. I am working here and going through a phase of getting married. I have had previous short term relationships. My fiance is living in India and will be moving with me after marriage. The biggest struggle these days is getting flashbacks of the good days from previous relationships and not liking many things of my Fiance. Since the recent past, I'm having multiple panic attacks and want to cry (somehow not able to cry). Also, I am getting suicidal thoughts which was never the case before. Sometimes I also imagine completely disappearing and start a life somewhere with new Identity and losing all the contacts with family and friends.

Female | 30
It is okay to feel shy and stressed at times. Many people face this. It can feel hard to be with others. You might feel nervous, shy, or scared. But, you are not alone in this. Try taking small steps. You could join a club or talk to someone you trust. Taking deep breaths and learning to relax can also help lower stress. Move at your own pace. Take it slow.

Lack of Sleep I want some sleeping pills
Female | 19
The signs of sleep deprivation, such as feeling exhausted, being moody, and having difficulties concentrating, can be bothersome. The reasons can be stress, too much screen time before bed, or a noisy environment you cannot control. Rather than sleeping pills, develop a soothing bedtime routine, such as reading a book or taking a warm bath to calm your mind. It can help you get the sleep you need.

Female | 23
It seems that you might have parasomnia a type of sleep disorder. It can cause sleep talking or shouting without your awareness. This might be related to stress, anxiety, or even irregular sleep patterns. Try to manage stress levels, keep a consistent sleep schedule, and develop a relaxing bedtime routine to lessen these incidents. If this does not help, seek advice from a psychiatrist.

It sounds like you're experiencing a difficult emotional state, which can sometimes manifest as a lack of interest in relationships or feelings of connection. Various factors, including stress, anxiety, depression, or even hormonal changes, can contribute to this. It’s important to engage in self-care, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reaching out to supportive friends or family. I encourage you to consider speaking with a psychiatrist, who can help identify the underlying causes and provide tailored support.

Female | 24
Your daughter may be experiencing social anxiety. This can show up as trembling, feeling awkward, or avoiding communication, especially with men. Social anxiety is common and can be influenced by both genetic and environmental factors.
To support her, try to be by her side, offering gentle encouragement to engage in social settings when she feels ready. Breathing exercises may help her relax, and you might consider working with a counselor or psychiatrist.

It can be tough to manage weak memory, trouble speaking, feeling upset, quick forgetfulness as well as past depression. I see these problems may stem from too much phone use and frequent masturbation for many years. You should cut down on the mobile phone and get help from professionals. Doctors will show you what treatments are available for this condition and how you can change your lifestyle to improve your mental health.
