I have low back pain for 16 days now. It started mild at first – first seven days and it hurt when I sit down. When I stood, pain almost completely went away or when I lay down. Later, I had spasms in my back for a couple of days and I wasn't mobile for a while. Now I'm but I feel dull ache in the lower back. When I bend over, I need to be careful. Pain is localized and it's not radiating. I don't have any other symptoms.

Hello sir , I am suffering from ernest syndrome (stylomandibular ligament injury) Actually I have an temporal headache since last one year and consulted multiple doctors like Dentist, Ent surgeon, neurologist, neurosurgeon. Teeth are ok, No migraine, no neurological disorder, no sinus found. My brain and Face MRI is normal. Now Somehow I came to know i may be suffering from temporal tendonitis or ernest syndrome. Can you please tell me are you treating the patient regarding this or anyone else can help me. It would be great help. Thank you

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by my doctor as no other condition fits the symptoms. However I don’t believe it is correct as my pain areas are constant and not sore to touch. When I touch the pain area the pain is relieved. I have pain around my forehead, neck, traps on both sides. Then on the right side my lat, glute, hamstring and calf. I am fatigued all the time, muscles are either tensed or not activating. I’ve had this same pain every waking hour for 6 years. Does anyone know what this condition actually is?
