You have already done the pregnancy test is good but another reason for the missed period should be considered too. Stress, fluctuations in weight, hormonal imbalances, and some medical conditions can also be the causes. Write down the other symptoms that you are having and visit a gynecologist.

Right side pain during pregnancy third trimester

Female | 30

It could be due to digestive issues like gas, bloating or constipation. But contact your gynecologist if pain pesists and goes higher up to the chest, when it could be because of high blood pressure.

I had unprotected sex almost immediately after my periods ended. (After 2 days). I took unwanted 72 right after the unprotected sex. Is it safe? It's been 18 days since then

Female | 21

Taking Unwanted 72 after unprotected sex can help in case of pregnancy. It might have to be mentioned that young people should take it within 72 hours. Since the usual menstruation time has passed and in the meantime, you've already got your period, the symptoms you may develop are mostly related to the bleeding. Spotting or changes in the menstrual cycle are the main issues after taking the pill.

I recently had sex 6 days before my ovulating day, a day before my fertile window. I took a take action pill the day after having sex the earliest i could. I took it at about 9 A.M. fast forward the day after ovulation, I got up and woke up like normal and once I stood up I had dark-red kind of watery blood. At first i thought it was my period, but its watery and my periods are usually thicker and last about 5-7 days. I am still lightly bleeding now, still a dark-red watery-like blood the day after and im wondering if im pregnant or if im just paranoid. I also had cramping, like i usuallt do on my periods. I searched it up and it also said i could just be on my period, and because of the pill, it makes your period lighter/thicker, shorter, etc. Please help.

Emergency contraceptive pills, like the one you took.. can cause changes in the menstrual cycle including lighter or irregular bleeding. The bleeding you are experiencing could be due to the pill or your regular period. It's important to take a pregnancy test if you have concerns about pregnancy.

I’m 42 and I haven’t had a period in 3 months and the 3 before were lighter shorter but very crampy . 12 months ago I was having heavier, longer and more painful periods. I had an ultrasound, an internal ultrasound and a Pap test which all showed everything is normal. Recently I saw an OB GYN. I asked if I could be perimenopausal. She asked if I get hot flashes and when I said no she basically brushed off the question. I don’t get hot flashes and know that not always a symptom. I do have more facial hair, mood swings, sleep problems, night sweats and obviously irregular periods. She did a biopsy of my uterine lining. She did not ask if there was any possibility that I could be pregnant first. I am most likely not as my boyfriend has retrograde ejaculation and does not ejaculate when he orgasm. Her solution was to put in an IUD which I have not had done as of yet the appointment to do so is coming up. I understand that IUDs can lessen painful heavy periods that can occur before menopause. But as I am not having periods or any signs of a period would there be any benefit to this? I have heard many horror stories of IUDs and I’m just trying to make a good decision.

Female | 42

According to your symptoms, you are most likely having perimenopause. Women are told that menopause is only certain and official after 12 consecutive months without menstruating. It is suggested that you have a discussion with a gynecologist in regard to your symptoms and worries. They can make the decision for you whether an IUD will be suitable for you

Can someone have trichomoniasis for years without symptoms

Female | 30

Trichomoniasis is an infection that can exist without notice. A tiny parasite causes it. It spreads through sexual contact. You might experience itching, burning, and unusual discharge in the private parts. But it's simple to treat with antibiotics if diagnosed. Always practice safe sex to avoid infections like this one.

I am a 19 year old female. last night i woke up from my sleep due to pain in my left chest, neck and shoulder. my neck and shoulder hurt from another underlying problem, but i am worried about my left breast. when my partner was squeezing them i could not feel much but after 6 hours, my left breast started to hurt. i did not feel the pain when he was squeezing or sucking on it but now it feels painful. what do i do?

Female | 19

In my opinion, you need to consult a gynecologist for detailed diagnosis. Breast pain on the left side may arise from different sources such as breast infection, injury and inflammation. Prompt diagnosis and treatment is necessary to prevent any complications. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to see a doctor.

Hi Doctor My name is Raji. I am 40 years old. Last week, I did a medical checkup and found that in my left ovary, there is a hemorrhagic cyst measuring 3.9*3.1cm with lace-like internal echoes. The doctor advised me to take Regesterone and folic acid for 6 months. I am planning to conceive. So she advised me to take conserved tablets for 3 months after taking Regestrone and folic acid. I need to know progesterone and folic acid take together. After the cyst has reduced then take conserved Tablets. Can I take Regestrone and folic acid together safely? What should I expect after my cyst has reduced? When should I start taking Conceival? Is it safe to take Regestrone while trying to conceive, and how does it affect fertility? Folic Acid: How much folic acid should I take, and how does it support pregnancy? Timing: When should I start taking Conceival, and what is the best timing for my menstrual cycle or any current medications? Monitoring: What follow-up care will I need after starting to try for a baby? Please advise

Female | 41

According to your gynecologist, it’s safe to take Regestrone and folic acid together. Regestrone helps treat hemorrhagic cysts, while folic acid is essential for pregnancy. Once the cyst is resolved, you can start taking Conceival tablets as prescribed. Regestrone may temporarily reduce fertility, but it can still be used alongside conception procedures. A daily dose of 400 mcg of folic acid is typically recommended for a healthy pregnancy. Conceival treatment will begin with your menstrual cycle, or you may explore additional therapies. Your doctor will monitor your progress as you plan to conceive.

Hlo ma'am my last period will come on 20th August and end date is 25 th August...so I am do a sex on 8th of September with unprotected sex so ma'am pregnancy will occur or not????

Female | 19

On average, ovulation takes place around 14 days before your period up to the start of your next one. On the 1st of September, you were still in the risky day period. Symptoms that occur in the early stages of pregnancy can be the absence of periods, dizziness, and tender breasts. For the best results, a pregnancy test is the most reliable option.
