These lip twitches or tremors that you are experiencing are quite common and for the most part, are harmless. On some occasions, these involuntary contractions are because of stress, fatigue, or even the overconsumption of caffeine. If the twitches persist or get worse, you can try relieving stress, getting enough sleep, and reducing caffeine. Make sure you are staying hydrated as well.

Feeling Dizzy vomiting headache
Female | 21
It may be caused by the virus for instance, and your body is struggling with it, or it may be a simple dehydration issue. Drink water frequently, rest, and eat well-cooked bland foods (crackers being one of the great options indeed). If your symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor.

I am a 30yr old Male I am having constant light headaches and I feel my eyes are sinking in yet I drink alot of water because I play football , so I don't know what's the problem
Male | 30
You're experiencing mild headaches and some strange feelings in your eyes. These could be dehydration symptoms, especially if you're drinking a lot of water while playing football. Dehydration can lead to headaches and eye strain. Ensure you're staying well-hydrated before, during, and after your game. If the symptoms continue, it's best to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hello Mr. Baburao. You would need evaluation for the jerks that u get in your legs. It could be a spine-related problem. You would probably need a spine MRI.

Female | 17
You could be having some pain on the left side of your head leading to anxiety and pain in your left body side. Such signs may result from tension, lack of enough sleep, or dehydration. Drink water, have some sleep then try doing deep breathing exercises which can help reduce this pain.

It seems like you are having problems with falling asleep at night. Some common signs of insomnia are difficulty in sleeping, feeling exhausted during the day, and not being interested in things. It can result from stress, a harmful lifestyle, or some other reasons. Try to keep your room dark, stay away from screens before sleeping, and come up with a relaxing bedtime routine that will help you sleep better.

Hello, I am suffering from muscle weakness of hands and legs for 2 weeks. 4 days ago doctor confirmed that I have GBS (AMAN) by NCS and CSF study test. But my physical condition is better than most other patient. I am explaining my conditions to you : - I can walk but slowly and not like normal me - I can stand up from sitting on the bed - I can't stand up from sitting on the floor - I can't stand up from sitting on the sofa - I can lift a highest 500 ml bottle with hands - I can eat like a normal person but I have to give a little pressure in the neck - I can't cough with the full strength My condition is improving a little day by day. Doctor haven't suggested IVIG or Plasma exchange for the treatment. They said I will be cured by only Physiotherapy and Exercise. What are your comments about my physical condition ? Can you suggest me something for that will help me to recover soon ? Thanks is Advance...
Male | 22
This may cause weakness in the muscles of the hands and legs. I am glad that you are getting better. What has been recommended by your doctor is very important- physiotherapy and exercise. These two things can strengthen your muscles and help you regain your ability to move around. Ensure that you strictly adhere to what they say and remember that healing will take time so don’t get tired of waiting.

When I press my head backside (the place where it was hit when I fell)... It's bleeding from nose... And we took a CT scan they told there's nothing on it... But now it's strted to bleeding on ears and then the eyes on the side where it was hit
Male | 16
It sounds like you are experiencing some serious symptoms, even though your CT scan showed no abnormalities. Bleeding from the nose, ears, and eyes after a head injury can be concerning and should be taken seriously. I strongly recommend that you visit a neurologist or an ENT specialist as soon as possible for a thorough examination and proper treatment. They will be able to assess your condition more accurately and provide the necessary care.

This is Geeta Hegde. My son Sooraj is taking medication for migraine headache from Monday October 7 th. prescribed by you sir.Headache is getting worse. Does he need to stop the medicine? Or continue taking it.Had MRI on Monday and everything was normal. Thank you.
Male | 18
If your son's migraine medication is making his headache worse, it's important to not stop or change the dosage on your own. Since the MRI results are normal, I suggest consulting the neurologist who prescribed the medicine. They will guide you on whether to adjust the medication or explore other treatment options.

18F, 44 Kg (97 lbs.), 4'11, Asian, South Asia In March, I blacked out while brushing my teeth. I rushed to the hospital, and the doctor said it could have been a seizure. Since then, I’ve been dealing with the following symptoms: Blacked out while brushing my teeth in March Ongoing headaches (cervicogenic- earlier, now only head aches) Facial numbness that started around the same time Doctor suspected the headaches were due to acid reflux (medicated for it) Had an MRI for seizure protocol (clear results) Skull dents appeared out of nowhere and are getting worse over time Blood pressure fluctuations, sometimes dropping unexpectedly Headaches continue intermittently I don’t drink milk but have been taking Vitamin D supplements due to possible deficiency (recommended by doc) I’m wondering if this could be related to calcium or Vitamin D deficiency, or if it might point to something else. I'm really concerned about the skull dents, and I’m not sure if these symptoms could indicate something serious
Female | 18
Thank you for laying your worries out; it is normal for you to be worried about the symptoms you are experiencing. The injuries in your skull and the ongoing headaches could be caused by several different things, including structural changes or lack of proper nutrition. Vitamin D may be needed, but checking calcium levels is also a crucial part of the prevention. It's great that your MRI was clear, but if you are still feeling the symptoms, you should get a neurologist's opinion. The doctor I recommend should examine your condition more comprehensively and then advise you.

When I lie down I feel pressure at back of my head and getting headaches. I have pinched nerve issues. Is this headaches related to pinched nerve.
Female | 38
The headaches and the agitated feeling in the back of your head could be due to a pinched nerve. When a nerve is pinched, it can cause pain that radiates to other areas, like your head, leading to headaches. It's important to treat the pinched nerve to relieve the pain, rather than just focusing on the headaches. Light stretching, good posture, and sometimes physical therapy can help. If the headaches persist or worsen, it's best to consult a neurologist.

Hy. More than one month ago during shower I have washed my anus and ( probabile also my colon). I have removed the shower head and i have put the nozzle into my ass...like 3 or 4 times. Like 10 minutes later started a flash stabbing pain in my left big toe. Next days better little bit after i have niumbness, flashing sometimes prickling and tingling in my legs and arms. In this moment I have burning in my all upper body. ( in my back and arms burn , hot.) I don't have fever! So probabile I have neuropathy ( polyneuropathy) symptoms. My question is the anal douching it could have been caused this symptoms ? Or it's caused by something else?? I am 28 years old. I don't have other sickness. Sorry for my english.
Male | 28
Dependent on the symptoms given, it’s unlikely that anal douching causes your neuropathy symptoms. Neuropathy mostly comes from related factors such as diabetes or nerve injury neuropathy. For a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, see a neurologist. Meanwhile, avoid inserting anything into your anus and focus on staying healthy generally.

I am 21 year old male I am not sleep properly in night. I have sleeping problem.
Male | 21
In this case, insufficient sleep might make you feel fatigued and irritable during the daytime. There might be several causes of this such as stress, excessive screen time before bed, or drinking of caffeine late. Practicing relaxation techniques before sleeping as well as establishing a soothing bedtime routine and not consuming caffeine in the evening will be the best ways to enhance your sleep.

Hi! is epilepsy is cureable in the age of 20-25years old
Male | 22
Epilepsy causes seizures. They can be strong shakes or short blank spells. The reason could be genes or brain injuries. Epilepsy isn't cured, but medicine often helps. A neurologist helps find the right treatment. Seizures happen differently for each person. So working closely with a doctor is important.

One person is having headache due to literature and that too is not continuing. He does it once in an hour and that too for two to three seconds.
Male | 24
It sounds like the person might be experiencing what's called a "literature-induced headache," which occurs briefly and intermittently. Although this seems harmless, it's advisable to consult a neurologist for a proper evaluation. They specialize in conditions affecting the nervous system, including headaches, and can provide appropriate advice and treatment.

I feel liquid feeling in my head and i feel muscle cracking in my head when i move my head
Male | 37
If this is the case, it could be because of some problems with the muscles or joints around your neck. Such feelings are sometimes brought about by tightness or strain in a person’s neck. You can check whether this helps by doing light stretches for the neck and exercises. If they don’t go away or get worse after doing so then I’d recommend seeing a neurologist who will give you the right diagnosis on what needs to be done next.

Previously you were capable of studying for as long as 14-16 hours even after sleeping for 6 hours but now you seem to get sleepy very often. These signs may either come from a respiratory infection or allergic reactions. You must consult a neurologist for a definite diagnosis and a correct treatment.

I am having headache and feeling dizzy in the morning suggest something
Male | 23
These signs may arise from many different causes. One possible reason could be dehydration caused by not drinking enough water or inadequate sleep. In some cases, the morning headache can also be caused by breakfast skipping. Pay attention to your diet, include plenty of water and try to sleep well. When the symptoms do not go away, it is good to ask a doctor for help.
