Could white bumps down there be razor bumps or pimples?
I am a 31 year old female and I have 2 white bumps down there in my area. They don't hurt and they are not itchy. They are tender to touch sometimes but that's about it. Could it possibly be razor bumps or pimples

I think you may have ingrown hairs there these are both two small white spots. This occurs following shaving when the hair grows back into the skin. The area may be tender when touched. Until they clear up, don’t shave over them, and try gently exfoliating your skin. If this doesn’t work or if you’re worried about anything else then please see a dermatologist.

pigmentation problem on my face
Female | 31
This is usually when you have dark or light patches on your skin. Some common factors are sunburn, hormonal changes, and genetics. Improving pigmentation can be achieved by sunscreen, limiting sun exposure, and using skincare products with ingredients like vitamin C or retinol to even out your skin tone.

I have itchy buttons all over my body . It started over a month ago but they were unnoticeable and now it’s getting worse it’s all over my back and belly and arms
Female | 20
Eczema might be the condition causing those itchy bumps. This skin issue can worsen over time due to things like dry skin or allergies. To ease the itchiness, apply a gentle moisturizer and resist scratching the bumps. However, if they spread or don't improve, consulting a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment would be wise.

been diagnosed with scabies and applies permethrin cream on the 3rd of april. after research i can see improvements are not quick to see but i am seeing a much larger increase of rashes on different parts of my body that weren’t there and the existing ones, like my left hand, looks like the rashes have developed bumps and look more prominent. is this a normal reaction to the cream and should i be worried that it has made it worse? should i try ignore it until my second treatment?
Male | 20
Are rashes getting worse after using permethrin cream? Relax, that's normal. The mites are dying, which can cause irritation and make the rashes appear worse briefly. Don't worry—this means the treatment is working. Keep at it steadily and follow the instructions carefully. Contact a dermatologist if symptoms escalate severely or if discomfort spikes alarmingly.

I am a 17 year male .. i am having a infection below my lips ... it is very disturbing and so many spots are there in my face
Male | 17
It is apparent that you might have an infection because there might be bacteria or irritation, or the reason may even be viral. The symptoms like spots and feelings of unease can be discomforting, but most of the time these are dismissed as false concerns. It is crucial to keep the area clean and not to pick at the spots. Over-the-counter topical treatments might work; however, I suggest you talk to a Dermatologist first for a more accurate diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan.

I've been growing small bumps on my glans spreading up to the tip. It started with just Fordyce spots on my shaft, then smaller different types of bumps started to form on the head, it slowly got worse and worse over the years. It looks different from PPP one seen online.
Male | 25
It's understandable to feel concerned about changes in your genital area. The bumps you describe could be related to several conditions, including common skin variations like Fordyce spots or other benign growths. While many are harmless, any new or changing symptoms should be evaluated by for an accurate diagnosis and peace of mind. I encourage you to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist or urologist who can provide personalized advice and treatment options if necessary.

Good day doctor. My 3 months old baby had itchy blister-like rashes on her feet and other parts of her body. Ive been using triple action cream(anti-inflammatory,fungi and bacteria) it will dry up and new ones will erupt. Dome rashes look ringworm
Female | 3 months
Your little one may have eczema. This condition causes itchy rashes that look like blisters on the skin. It is often caused by dryness; however, there could also be other triggers such as irritants in soaps used during bathing the baby among others. Use mild soap when bathing them and moisturize their skin more often than usual. To relieve itching, wrap them lightly in clothes made from light fabrics like cotton. If these signs persist after considering these measures then don’t hesitate to seek help from a pediatrician.

There is a rash on the shoulders and entire back.
Female | 26
A rash on the shoulders and back could be caused by several things such as allergens, irritation from clothes, or infection. Sometimes it can occur when someone sweats excessively or uses strong detergents. The rash may appear red, be itchy, or have bumps. To relieve these symptoms try using mild soap, wearing loose-fitting clothing and keeping dry. If this does not help, see a dermatologist.

Male | 33
The condition you have is called thrush. Thrush manifests through an itching, the formation of white shiny patches on the penis. It is generally produced by a fungus named Candida. A suggestion is to use a specific ointment that you can buy from the pharmacy. Keep the area dry and clean. If the symptoms are not getting better, visit a dermatologist.

If there is redness at the side of urethra but there is no symptoms etc. Only redness under upper lips means uretra.its redness is dangerous !??And why is there redness if I don't have any pain or irritation etc. And is this redness dangerous?
Female | 22
High redness, in the absence of any pain or irritation, is not to be seen near the urethra normally. These reddish spots may indicate inflammation or infection even if you do not have any other symptoms. Listening to your body's signals is vital. It is helpful to drink water and to keep it clean. You should visit a dermatologist if the redness continues or if you get other symptoms.

I have acne on my right side of cheek since 5 years. And sometimes pimple also occur in that acne every now and then.It has also become bigger since 2 weeks . Please help me out.
Female | 24
If you are having recurrent acne this is probably due to the hormonal fluctuation which results into increased oily skin on the face, the scalp, chest and there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised. Even some patients require peeling sessions. A proper consultation with dermatologist is more helpful.

I'm a 19 year old female and i have noticed a growth on my urethra (or around it, im not sure). I first noticed it around 8-10 months ago and it was pink tissue and had a regular surface so i thought it was part of my urethra and that tiny part is falling off so i did not care much bout it. I've been having some discomfort since yesterday and I just noticed its become black now and attached to my urethra with a thin tissue (thats how it was when i first noticed as well). I do not know if its normal or if its something to be concerned bout.
Female | 19
You should know that discolored and rough areas of the skin down there can mean different things. Various causes could explain your situation, for example, a possible infection or a tumor has been mentioned. Pain or discomfort is a common symptom among these cases. My advice is to visit a dermatologist to get a correct diagnosis and the appropriate course of action.

I have pimples and acne on my face I am 19 years old female I apply a gel on affected areas but it does not work
Female | 19 years
It’s usual to have pimples at your age, mainly due to hormonal interactions, stress, or skin type. If the gel you’re using isn’t effective, you might want to incorporate a gentle cleanser and a non-comedogenic moisturizer into your daily routine. Try not to squeeze your skin, as it can only make the situation worse. A balanced diet and enough fluid also bring about improvements. Still, locating the check of skin under coatings could necessarily need personalized therapy, so I would advise you to contact a dermatologist if it doesn’t get better.

my pee becomes yellow after taking zincovit tablet
Male | 21
Zincovit has vitamin B2, making your urine look bright yellow, an ordinary effect. Your body discards extra vitamins it does not require, resulting in this coloring. Drink adequate water to maintain hydration. However, if the color shift troubles you or other worries arise, do inquire a urologist.

Dear Dr. Ganesh Avhad, My name is Dr. Katarina Popovic. I am writing to you on behalf of my cousin who has a medical condition where your expertise would be appreciated. My cousin is a male in his early forties. Twelve years ago he was diagnosed with Acne keloidalis nuchae. There were three operative attempts to remove the acne, he was on various antibiotic therapies, also a therapy with Volon ampoules - all without any improvement. The acne are often bleeding. We were wondering if you have any recommendation for my cousin’s treatment. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best, Dr. Katarina Popovic
Male | 43
Acne keloidalis nuchae is characterized by the emergence of bumpy and painful acne on the back of the head and neck. This is a result of inflammation of the hair follicles. A dermatologist may recommend laser therapy or steroid injections to minimize inflammation for treatment. It is also advisable to keep the area clean to avoid infections.

I have dark spots and pigmentation in more than half of the body and want to go for skin lightening and pigmentation removal
Female | 21
Increased production of melanin is the main reason for dark spots and uneven pigmentation and to some extent, can be managed. You can use treatments through the application of ointments on the skin, chemical peels, or laser therapy that can be used to effectively make your skin look clean and shine. A dermatologist must be consulted before trying any new treatment. They can evaluate your condition and suggest the most appropriate approach, realizing that you are the one who is worried and need their attention.

You may have a mouth ulcer disease. These are small sores that can cause difficulties with eating and talking. They may be due to stress, injury from a sharp tooth, or specific foods. To speed up your recovery, avoid spicy or acidic foods and use a mouth rinse made of salt water. If they don't get better after one week or two, it's a good idea to go to a dentist or doctor for more advice.
