Why Do I Have Diarrhea and Struggling Bowel Movements?

I am a 51 year old female and I have been having diarrhea and squishy poops and sometimes the poops can’t come out so I have to use my finger to get them out, so I am wondering why I keep getting these symptoms?

Having diarrhea or soft poop could be due to many things such as infections or food sensitivities while difficulty passing stool could mean constipation. You need to eat more fiber, drink plenty of water, and also go for a medical check-up to know exactly what is wrong with you.

Incomplete bowel movement. The stool is either runny, balls or very sticky. Constant stomach pain especially when just woke up from a sleep/nap. It's been happening for over a year now. Sometimes can't evacuate at all even if I want. Green tea or hot drinks sometimes help and sometimes makes it worst

I am 19 and I had surgery 8 days ago and had to go on oxy. i’ve stopped taking it about 4 days ago. For the past 8 days i haven’t been able to poop. Can TENS electrodes placed over s3-s4 sacral nerves help correct rectal hyposensitivity? I can only sense type 5 stools and above. Unable to sense type 4 stools and smaller. I lost sensation due to excessive straining from constipation caused by clozapine. I came off it and BM are normal.
