Is Knee Replacement with 3-D Printing Right for Me?
I am having issues with my right knee. My current doctor always suggests cortisol shots, but I refuse them because they don't work for me. I am very active, but my right knee slows me down. I'm looking for a new doctor and considering a knee replacement, preferably with 3-D printing technology. My name is Martin Castro.

While climbing the steps, I slipped and fell down. The knee of the leg was hit by the step. X-rays are all normal. But there is pain when bending the leg. There is a fluid inside. It's feeling tight while bending knee
Male | 27
You might have hurt your knee when you slipped and fell. The pain and tightness you feel in your leg when it is bent and the fluid inside it, could be due to a condition called knee effusion. Knee effusion is the excess fluid that gets inside the knee joint and works as a protection for it after an injury. Rest, ice, elevation, and gentle exercises can help reduce the pain and swelling. If the pain doesn't go away or worsens, it's crucial to visit an orthopedist.

I have broken a bone in my hand which was hit a month ago, but even after a month, the bone is not joint. There is also a plaster bandage on the hand.
Male | 27
It may take longer for the bone to heal if it has not done so after four weeks. Factors such as blood supply or movement at the site of the fracture can cause this. While you should keep the plaster cast on and avoid using the hand too much, it would also be best to visit an orthopedist again so that they can offer further advice on how to care for and ensure proper healing of the bone.

Hi im a 27 year old man and my head keeps cracking when I turn my head I had it since 2022 I don't have pain im quite worried about it

Usually, the cracking sound comes from the joints of your neck which are connected to your spine. It is probably because of air bubbles shifting, which is similar to cracking your knuckles. If you don't experience any pain, then it is nothing to be concerned about. Nonetheless, if you notice any discomfort or other symptoms, it is advisable to consult an orthopedist to get the necessary advice.
