frozen shoulder is the condition also known as adhesive capsuleitis in this mostly common over 50 years age patient and more susceptible in diabetic patient in this condition it has 3 stages

most common in frozen shoulder is external rotation of shoulder joint is restricted like over head activities like combing hair for ladies blouse hooks fastening is painfull 

physiotherapy treatment will help you to regain shoulder joint ROM and pain management 

Frozen Shoulder has restricted range of motion especially external rotation. We also need to find the cause of Frozen shoulder - Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, cardiac problems, rotator cuff tears.
