Left leg , above heel is very sore to walk on and touch, it's kinda puffy or knotted out

There is a possibility that your Achilles tendon is strained causing pain and swelling specifically in that area. It is advisable to consult an orthopedist, who will diagnose and treat your condition appropriately.

Neck dry and pain, left chest pain, gas form, back pain, and legs also
Female | 28
You might have a mix of signs that result from different problems, including tight muscles due to stress, gas in the stomach causing discomfort, and maybe even acid reflux. At times these may lead to you feeling pain in various parts of your body like the neck, chest, back, or legs. To prevent too much gas build-up eat slowly as well as steer clear of foods that could trigger heart-burning sensations. Take some time out for yourself each day and gently stretch your body while doing so. If these symptoms continue unabated or get worse, visit a gastroenterologist or orthopedist.

I am 22 female I have a bump on my foot that is getting bruised and bigger
Female | 22
You could have what’s referred to as a bunion. A bunion is a bony bump that forms on the base of the big toe. Tight shoes or heredity can be the cause of it. If it’s getting swollen and larger, it’s advisable to wear comfortable shoes and apply ice to reduce swelling. In some cases, surgery may be necessary if it’s very painful.

My 8 year old daughter recently got diagnosed with a 63 degree thoracic dextro curvature (scoliosis). Will she have to have surgery?
Female | 8
A 63-degree thoracic dextro curve in an 8-year-old is hardly a short one. Your daughter may need surgery at some point, but careful watching is essential. Sometimes, bracing or physical therapy can help. Surgery is usually the last option considered for severe curves or if the curve is worsening rapidly. Hence, let us monitor it and collaborate with the doctors to come up with the best plan.

I had an accident on November 27 2022, A cut near my right hand wrist and later I had stitches on it now my last two fingers are not working properly
Male | 22
Consult an orthopedist soon if you're experiencing reduced function in your fingers after a wrist injury and stitches. The cause of your symptoms may be nerve damage or reduced blood flow to the affected area, which results from certain types of injuries or surgical procedures.

Now after I opened my finger supporter i am having pain in my fracture area a normal pain but in my school something hit it and now it is paining little bit sharper and now 2 days done without the supporter.
Male | 15
It is common to feel more pain if you have been without a supporter for some days. It is necessary to let your finger sit still for a while and then you can apply the cold pack to the injured area to decrease any swelling. If the pain persists or worsens, you should consult an orthopedist.

I am 50 year old female. I have pain in my heel since last 3 months. After visiting a orthopaedic doctor, I found out that my uric acid was slightly over the limit. Doc said it’s elevated because of consumption of whey protein(for very short duration I had). I consumed prescribed medications for few weeks but could not continue with the course as it was very heavy medication. The heel pains when I get up to walk and takes a few minutes for it to subside. Please advise
Female | 50
You might be suffering from plantar fasciitis, a situation where the tissue that links your heel to your toes gets inflamed. In some situations, high uric acid levels may be a contributing factor to such pain. The discomfort is worse in the morning when you start walking out of bed. Stretch your calf and foot muscles and wear shoes that provide proper support. In addition, users can also use ice packs and over-the-counter pain relievers as possible remedies. However, if the pain still does not go away, it is best to go back to an orthopedist for an updated diagnosis.

How to cope up sciatica ,that have been facing 3 months?
Male | 34
Did you consult with neurologist or orthopedist? If not then please do that. They can diagnose the underlying cause of the sciatica and provide appropriate treatment. Some self-care measures such as taking over-the-counter pain relievers, gentle stretching, and hot/cold compresses may also help to get rid of the symptoms. However, these measures should only be used under the guidance of a doctor.

Female | 22
Thigh pain can be due to various reasons such as muscle strain, overuse, or even bad posture. Sometimes, you're sitting for too long, and you'll feel your thighs are hurting. Alongside this issue is that you are sitting for a long time and your thighs hurt. Do some light stretching, and apply heat to the affected area. Be active and avoid long periods of sitting down to allow them to feel well.

These could be caused by different reasons, like muscle strain, nerve issues, or arthritis. To ensure that the right course of treatment is provided, it is necessary to seek a thorough examination by an orthopedist who would also be able to recommend the right physical therapy, medications, or other therapies that are tailored to suit your specific condition. It is important to keep in mind that addressing the underlying cause of your symptoms is the key to effective management.

My age 22 girl unmarried so me waist There is pain below, above the hips and below the waist. I feel this pain only when I bend and there is no pain in front and back. Why does this happen to me, is it a serious issue and what should I do It doesn't happen much, it's normal, but it definitely happens.
Female | 22
The discomfort may be caused by a strained muscle or a small injury. This can occur when you bend or move in a particular way. It's not typically a serious condition but it can be painful. Rest, use a warm compress, and steer clear of activities that make the pain worse. If the pain lasts or increases, a visit to an orthopedist.

I am 16 years old and my left knee joint is paining from yesterday night and I haved X ray the joint can you check my x ray and tell me what is the problem
Male | 16
The knee joint has a little swelling. This swelling could happen due to an injury, for instance, a sprain or strain, or perhaps an overuse. The pain you are suffering from is the common symptom of this inflammation. To aid your condition, I suggest you rest your knee, apply ice, and do easy workouts to develop the muscles around your knee. If the pain remains, you may have to visit an orthopedist to make sure everything is fine.

I have pain in both hands(3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs(5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember I'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, I'm 20 years, I'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin D level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are ASO TITRE, Anti-Nuclear, CPR, HLA B profile, Anti-CCP, Phosphorus, CPK, URIC ACID, CALCIUM, GLUCOSE, VITAMIN D AND B-12, THS, CBC, Alkaline Phosphate, Potassium, LDH, Magnesium.

Acupuncture offers relief from chronic heel spurs and has proven record in treating calcaneal spur.
Extra bone tissue known as heel spurs which develop due to over stress of the foot can cause pain in back of heel. Electro Acupuncture points, Moxibustion, Acupressure and seed therapy have shown great relief in heel pain and inflammation. Also correction in the enlargement of heel bone is observed as the acupuncture treatment is taken on regular basis. I.e. 2-3 sessions weekly continued for a period of 1-2 months.
