The symptoms you're having, including pale watery diarrhea, constipation, tiredness, headaches, and itching of hands or feet can be caused by several problems. These could be food intolerances, stress, or even digestive problems. To find relief, it is necessary to keep a food diary, stay hydrated, manage stress, and maybe consider visiting a gastroenterologist for further investigation and guidance. It is advisable to see a gastroenterologist to investigate the symptoms and get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

The level of bad cholesterol in the blood is capable of giving you a high risk of heart problems. Reaching a state of healthy weight and the right food choices one can use as supplementary units can help reduce hypercholesterolemia. Because you've been doing so well, you may eat out, but make sure you choose wisely. Prefer alternatives like roasted chicken or fish with greens instead of those stewed or cheesy dishes.

I (Age 22, male) eat junk food(a sandwich or a roll) every Wednesday. I also eat puri sagu (south indian food - about 7 in quantity) every Sunday. It is not exactly junk food. Is this a bad habit? Should I reduce it? Or is it not a problem?
Male | 22
You're wise to think about eating habits. Weekly sandwiches and rolls aren't ideal. Too much junk food causes weight gain, high cholesterol, and heart issues. Balance meals with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Swap some junk food for healthier choices.

Hi, I have been waking in the early morning (usually between 4 and 5:30) with pain in my shoulders, back, chest or ribs. I am sure it is trapped wind because once I get up and walk around and release the gas by a lot of burping or going to the toilet, the pain goes away. I then try and get back to sleep though can find this difficult. A lot of the time the pain starts again usually 1-2 hours later. Once more, when I sit up it tends to go away, even without burping etc. I do have tenderness around my diaphragm sometimes or sensitivity when pressing to try and move the area. I seem to experience this nightly now regardless of dietary changes. I am a 45 year old male and in generally reasonable health. Thanks for your help. Paul

Last week, I had loose stools for some days but this week, whenever I eat, I feel like vomiting, so I stop. Because of this, I've not been able to eat well and now, I'm feeling weak and dizzy.
Female | 30
It sounds like you may have a stomach problem. Diarrhea with nausea could be a stomach bug or food poisoning, in which case, you should confine yourself to bed rest. It drains you down by loss of water and vitamins from the body. So sip water plenty of time to keep hydrated. Stick to plain foods like rice, toast, or bananas. If the problem persists, make an appointment to see a gastroenterologist.

My dad is suffering from gastric problem. He took medicines. But he didn't get relief.
Male | 45
Your dad's gastric issue is concerning. The meds don't seem effective. Stomach problems bring pain, bloating, and discomfort. Medications may fail if diet or stress cause the issue. Spicy foods, large meals, and stress worsen symptoms. Smaller portions, stress management, and avoiding trigger foods may improve his condition.

Gerd derealization eoe I really need help
Male | 17
Acid reflux happens when stomach acid goes up your food pipe and makes your chest burn. Feeling unreal is called derealization where things do not seem real. Throat inflammation is when your food pipe gets swollen and irritated.
To feel better, avoid foods that cause acid reflux like spicy or fried foods. Do things that help you relax like deep breaths or a walk. Talk to a gastroenterologist about medicines that can help.

During the creatine loading phase, bloating and stomach discomfort can occur due to increased water retention. If you're feeling irritation on your right side, consult a professional doctor like a gastroenterologist, as creatine supplementation is generally not associated with side specific irritation.

I am 21 years I'm suffering so much anal pain rectum bleeding cmg while passing stool backpain coming after passing stool and so much pain cmg after passing stool bowl moments are cmg lumps feeling low hole day
Female | 21
Hemorrhoids could be the reason for the bleeding from the rectum, pain while passing stool, and feeling lumps. You may also have back pain after going to the bathroom, which could be the cause. Hemorrhoids are the bulging blood vessels around the anus. You can decrease the pain by drinking water and eating fiber-rich foods, and creams that can be bought without a doctor's prescription. If the symptoms continue, it is better to visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I have jaundice. Give me some advice and the right routine of food . What to avoid and not. Is it okay to eat warm/hot foods? Can I drink coke or 7up? Can I eat hot soup?
Female | 17
If you have been diagnosed with jaundice, you may be advised to follow a healthy and balanced diet. Refrain from fatty, oily, and spicy foods. Individualized diet recommendations are best to be obtained from a gastroenterologist. In general, it is recommended to eat warm/hot foods, but drinking carbonated beverages like Coke or 7UP should be avoided if possible. Oil-free and non-spicy soup can be eaten when warm.

मेरी बेटी के कई दिन से दस्त बंद नहीं हो रहे

Loose motions which are caused by infections, food poisoning, or even too much juice can be the reasons. Give your child plenty of fluids to remain hydrated. Offer her light foods such as rice, banana, and toast besides. However, if it still does not improve; it is necessary to consult a gastroenterologist.

I was loose motion before 2 days . I taken loperamide capsule but stopped my latrin from 2 days .
Male | 40
It seems that you are having constipation caused by loperamide which you took for your loose motions. The reason behind this is that loperamide reduces the movement of your gut. Dehydration, lack of fiber in the diet, or certain medications are some of the most common causes of constipation. To treat constipation, one should drink enough water, consume high-fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables, and do mild exercises such as walking.

Stomach ache following a meal or beverage may result from many reasons. It could be from indigestion, gastritis, or even a stomach infection. The drug you took might not have been immediately effective. Consume lots of water and use only soft foods such as toast or rice. If the pain continues or intensifies, seeing a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment is imperative.

I am 25 and I've been experiencing abdominal cramps, fever. The cramps are fine now. But now I have diarrhea and the stools are yellow and foamy and very frequent. I don't know what to do.
Female | 25
The following is an attempt to explain what could be the reason behind frequently going to the loo with a yellow, foamy stool and the way the body deals with unwanted substances. It is possibly diarrhea caused by the stomach flu or eating something that didn't sit right. To restore electrolytes, drink plenty of water and be properly hydrated. If you experience the loss of appetite, diarrhea, and vomiting that come with the condition, avoid high-fiber foods and processed carbs.
