Can Gallbladder Polyps Cause Bad Breath?
I was diagnosed gallbladder polyps and can it causes bad breathing
Surgical Gastroenterologist
Answered on 29th Aug '24
Gallbladder polyps are growths inside the gallbladder which can be described as tiny bumps. These types of polyps generally aren't related to any form of bad breath. Bad breath usually comes from poor dental hygiene or problems with the lungs. Sometimes they may cause pain in your abdomen or make it hard for you to digest food. If they do and are still there when this happens again then taking out your gall bladder might stop anything else like that from happening in the future.

Female | 42
If you suddenly feel nauseous, there are several reasons for this. It could be that what you ate doesn’t sit well with your stomach, you have a stomach bug or it’s due to stress. Take small sips of water often not to become dehydrated and try eating plain things such as crackers or toast. See a gastroenterologist immediately if vomiting continues.

You’re having a tough time with chronic constipation, weight loss, depression, anxiety, and nervousness. These symptoms may be related. Being constipated all the time can make you feel low and edgy, plus it may affect your weight. Ensure you have plenty of fluids such as water and eat foods that are high in fiber so that you can keep regular. I have eaten Kirkland multivitamin gummies more than 8 in one day since 3 days I am feeling like symptoms of nausea dizziness stomach upset pain in ribs getting anger easily changing in mood swings . What to do now
Female | 17
Taking too many gummy vitamins can cause issues. Exceeding the suggested dose leads to vitamin overload - nausea, dizziness, stomach upset, rib pain, and mood changes may occur. To recover, stop the gummies and drink lots of water. This flushes excess vitamins out. Eat a balanced diet for natural nutrient intake. If symptoms continue or worsen, consult a doctor.

Hii I am an 18 year old male. I had an endoscopy 2 months ago which showed H.Pylori gastritis. My doc has prescribed me esomeprazole, antacids and rebamipide for 15 days. Is there any particular way I have to take these meds? Any possible interaction between the antacid and rebamipide?? My doc has not instructed me properly.
Male | 18
Esoprazole need to take before food.
Antacid need to take after food.
Rebamipide need to take after food.
As you have H pylori gastritis, therefore you need to take HP kit for at least 15 days.

I am 19 and I had surgery 8 days ago and had to go on oxy. i’ve stopped taking it about 4 days ago. For the past 8 days i haven’t been able to poop. I have to go very bad but every time i do it’s too painful to pass and i have to suck it back up. i took 4 stool softeners yesterday and 1 the day before. I have to go really bad but i’m not sure what to do and i’m scared to because it hurts so bad
Female | 19
You’ve been struggling with constipation since your surgery and taking painkillers. Pain medication can slow things down in your body which causes constipation. I’m glad you took stool softeners but also try drinking more water, eating lots of fibre such as fruit and vegetables, or doing a little bit more exercise. If it doesn’t help, visit a gastroenterologist.

I m suffering from gallbladder stone whenever I try to do exercise I feel some pain near stomach
Female | 26
You may have gallstones. These are lumps of solid material that form in your gallbladder. When you do exercise, it could push against them and cause pain in the upper right part of your abdomen. Other symptoms might include nausea or vomiting and persistent tenderness over where the stone is located. You should try eating less fatty foods too if this is an ongoing issue for you. But if nothing changes, please visit a gastroenterologist.

There are many causes of stomach pain ranging from indigestion and gas to stress. Bloating and altered bowel habits might also be present in other cases. Advise her to eat smaller portions of food and stay away from spicy or fatty meals. Taking a lot of water plus engaging in light exercises such as walking can help as well. However, in case the pain doesn’t go away or becomes severe then one should seek medical attention from a gastroenterologist.

I am a 30 years old female. It been some few weeks I'm experiencing a crying stomach from time to time even if I have eaten food
Female | 30
There are several possible causes for this, including eating too much or too quickly, or certain foods not reacting well with your stomach. Do you find that it gets worse with particular foods? Try having smaller meals at a slower pace and see if there’s anything that consistently triggers your stomach ache. If the problem persists, it would be wise to consult a gastroenterologist.

no, for now, I want to test the toilet because when I go to defecate, I collect dirty things like yellow phlegm. Now I don't know what the problem is and I also have diarrhea
Male | 34
It seems that you have the stomach flu. The yellow phlegm might be a result of the mucus from your stomach coming up while you are straining to pass stool. Also, diarrhea can be caused by a stomach bug. Staying hydrated is what you need to do by drinking plenty of water. Keep eating bland food until your body gets better like rice and toast. Rest and let your body have the time to heal. If symptoms do not resolve, go for medical assistance.

I’m a 22 year old woman and I’m always feeling pain in my upper belly
Female | 22
You might be having some stomach problems. The pain you get in your upper belly probably means that you are suffering from stuff like heartburn or indigestion. These are the moments when the stomach's digestive acids harass the lining of the stomach or esophagus and damage happens. Try eating small amounts and not eating spicy or fatty foods. If the pain continues or gets worse, visit a gastroenterologist.

Blood stool might be a sign of different disorders, one of which is a sensitive stomach or irritation from Novacip-TZ. Sometimes, this medicine may cause your stomach to have problems and your anus to become irritated. Drink a lot of water, eat fiber-rich foods, and do not eat spicy or fatty foods. If the symptoms continue, it's better to contact your gastroenterologist for more advice.

i am suffer from piles problem for last 1 year, now suggest me what can i do?
Male | 46
Hemorrhoids cause veins near your anus to swell. This makes sitting painful. It can also cause bleeding when you use the bathroom. Try simple things first. Eat foods with lots of fiber, like fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water too. Creams from the pharmacy may offer relief. But we'll look at other treatments if problems continue.

Was having mild stinging in my throat in january and was prescribed rabeloc for one month followed by esomeprazole for another month. After the completion of my dose my throat was fine and I stopped the medication. However I noticed in one week after stopping the medcines I had severe stabbing pains in my chest stomach breast. Could it be because I stopped the ppi or something else.
Female | 25
You were taking medication to alleviate throat discomfort, and now you're experiencing chest and abdominal pain. These pains might be a consequence of abruptly discontinuing the medicine. The medication likely reduced stomach acid levels. Upon cessation, your body may have produced more acid, resulting in the pain you're experiencing. It would be advisable to consult with a gastroenterologist to determine the appropriate course of action.
