I am 22 years old guyFor the past 2 weeks i have been feeling brain fog. I feel like a robot and it feels like i am not aware of my surroundings very well and i lack clarity. Although i am able to complete everyday tasks and even communicate properly. I have noticed when I indulge myself into something for a moment it gets a little better but then again i start feeling it again. I was going to gym regularly and pushing hard. Moreover i was also consuming coffee before workout and whey protein. For a first few days it was for shorter period and then i was fine but now its been two weeks its constant. I have left everything but still it persists. I think it might be an anxiety. But i have never been diagnosed with it or any mental issues. On the other hand i wear spectacles I thought maybe it was due to that i got my eyesight checked they say its the same. So now i am very worried. Please let me know what should i do.
