Feeling bloated after eating can happen sometimes. It might mean you ate too fast or didn't chew enough. Maybe certain foods upset your stomach. Try chewing slowly and drinking lots of water to help digest better. Stay away from foods that bother you. If it keeps happening, talk to a gastroenterologist about it.

Male | 31
You've had such a bad time with fever and diarrhea. Both could be the cause of your weakness later. The fever and the diarrhea ached your body thus, making you feel tired. You must hydrate yourself with water and soup. Light and easily digestible meals should be your priority.

This type of problems may develop due to a number of factors that include low fiber diet, no physical activity, drugs and certain diseases. This is because it is important to drink enough fluid and to take your fiber intake within the required limit. Also, try and stay active. It seems that you might have indigestion. When you eat, your stomach releases an excessive amount of gas which may cause you to feel bloated or nauseous at times. The hot water could have caused your body to expel this gas. Try eating smaller portions of food and staying away from those known for producing gas. You can also drink ginger tea or peppermint tea to help calm down your tummy. In case this problem persists, it would be best if you see a gastroenterologist.

Female | 44
It seems that you have an ailment known as an anal crack. This condition is characterized by cracks in the skin around the anus, which can lead to blood and/or injury in the rectum. This may be from being constipated, having diarrhea, or simply surviving hard stools. To relieve the pain and the healing process, you should see a dietician who will give you foods rich in fiber. Also, a glass of water every day and the use of over-the-counter creams to cover the corroded area can be used to help ease the pain and promote the area to heal. For sure, the area troubles you, however, you are urged to seek help if the techniques have failed and no improvement has been noticed.

You are likely enduring some digestive issues. The cramps in your lower abdomen, which transfer from right to left, and even to the back, as well as the mucus and blood in the poop and fatigue, can be signals pointing to the fact that your gastrointestinal system may be out of balance. Such symptoms may appear in conditions like Crohn's disease or an infection. It's crucial to undergo a thorough physical examination with a gastroenterologist who can identify the cause and provide the treatment.
