Aapki mummy ke symptoms, jaise aankhein blink karna aur face twitch hona, kuch neurological samasyaon ki taraf ishara kar sakte hain. Mummy ki care aur support zaruri hai, toh unhein samjhayen ke regular check-ups se unhe behter mehsoos karne mein madad milegi.

Hello Sir, I have Andrealine rush problem, especially during morning hours. I used to take beta blockers for some other problem. They were very helpful in controlling andrealine rush and keeping mind relax. As I am not longer taking beta blockers can you suggest any alternative for andrealine rush problem. Thank you!
Male | 29
Stress, anxiety, or hormonal changes can cause hyperactivity. If beta-blockers aren’t available, practices like yoga, meditation, deep breathing, or light exercise can help. These methods calm both the mind and body, reducing adrenaline and promoting relaxation. For better results consult a neurologist.

How to relieve pain of migraine. How to control ?
Male | 40
Migraines can cause intense headaches, often accompanied by nausea, light sensitivity, and visual disturbances. Triggers might include stress, certain foods, hormonal changes, or environmental factors. To alleviate discomfort, consider resting in a dark, quiet space, applying a cold compress to your forehead, and staying hydrated. Over-the-counter medications, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, may also help. Keeping a headache diary can identify personal triggers. If migraines persist or worsen, please consult a neurologist for personalized treatment options.

You seem to be feeling tired, and unable to focus, and you often have headaches. These symptoms can have several different causes, such as stress, sleep deprivation, or even nutrient deprivation. To improve your cognitive ability, try to sleep, drink water, and eat a diet that contains all the vitamins and minerals. It is all about getting sleep and staying hydrated. Taking short breaks in between study times is helpful too. If these symptoms do not leave you alone, then I advise you to consult a doctor for a complete assessment.

Yesterday I had leg and feets pain like sprain today at night suddenly it started twitching it was so intense that I was moving my legs hands arm it was more in arm I was crying out ???? and and teeth were shivering and now suddenly my pain disappeared and shivering also disappeared I still can't stop crying. my forehead is hot and my teeth are shivering but I am not feeling much cold on my feet but there is some coldness
Female | 18
The twitching and shaking may be the result of muscle spasms caused by dehydration, low levels of certain minerals like potassium or calcium, or overexertion of muscles. A hot forehead could be a sign of increased body temperature. Be sure to drink enough water and eat foods rich in minerals like bananas, nuts, and dairy products. On the other hand, taking a warm bath and resting can also help relax your muscles. If these symptoms continue, it is necessary to see a neurologist.

You seem to suffer from chronic insomnia and tension headaches. Your heart can actively start to beat in your head, heart, or hands during the panic attacks. The lack of sleep that causes the symptoms gets even worse daily. Among them, which can be triggered by stress, insomnia, and bad habits in sleeping. Create a bedtime routine, restrict caffeine, and screen time before bed, and practice deep breathing percussions.
