Recently my father diagnosed with diffused cerebral autrophy with chronic microangiopathic changes involving deep hemispheric white matter (fazekas Grade 2 white matter hyperintensities) Kindly suggest what to do ?
Male | 65
Currently there is no specific treatment for managing white matter lesions/hyperintensities. The goal is to treat the reason of the damage and cease the progression and worsening of the disease.
Depending on the reason of damage, the doctor will start you on blood pressure lowering or cholesterol lowering medicines.
In case you have a social habit such as smoking, then it is suggested to quit smoking at the earliest for preventing any further damage.
Consult a neurologist for further treatment.

Sleep problem for few day and still increase the problem
Male | 18
It's normal to have trouble sleeping for a couple of nights, but if it worsens, it could be due to stress, too much caffeine, or a change in routine. Common signs of sleepiness include daytime fatigue, trouble concentrating, and mood changes. To improve sleep, try setting a calming bedtime routine, reducing caffeine intake, and exercising regularly. If the problem persists, consider consulting a neurologist.

Female | 26
Headaches bothering you a while now, huh? That's hard. When they worsen suddenly, we must learn why. Severe ones can come from stress, tired eyes, not enough water, missed sleep, or graver issues too. Since Panadol didn't work, it's wise to see a neurologist for proper checks.

Diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and taking prednisone mmf and pyridostigmine now. Taken ivig also but still no improvement in voice and weakness. Kindly suggest helpful which and what treatment is suitable and advisable.
Female | 54
It seems you're dealing with health issues like myositis and myasthenia gravis, which weaken muscles affecting your legs and voice. Since previous treatments haven’t helped, your doctor suggests rituximab to reduce inflammation and improve symptoms. Monitoring is important due to high CD19 levels. Be sure to discuss any concerns or side effects with your neurologist.

Female | 49
You might be dealing with stress, maybe too much strain or not enough rest. The human body reacts to stress in such a way that all these things can happen. To feel better, the recommended course of action is: to relax more, try to get some sleep, and practice breathing exercises or do some gentle exercises.

I have dizziness. CBC, Triglyceride, Cholesterol, LFT, FBS tests are normal. This gets escalated after eating. With it, my anger level goes higher. I have gastritis and probably IBS-C. I don't have stress, anxiety or depression. My ears are not blocked and my eyes are okay. I feel heaviness in my eyes when this dizziness happens to me. It happens to me once in a month and then disappear after a week or ten days.
Male | 36
You may be experiencing vertigo as suggested by the symptoms you have given. I will suggest that you see a neurologist for a full workup and accurate diagnosis.
