Experiencing irregular periods and prolonged heavy bleeding can be concerning, but it is important to understand that various factors can contribute to this issue, including hormonal imbalances or stress. Since you have already undergone blood tests and an ultrasound with normal results, it might be beneficial to keep track of your menstrual cycles, symptoms, and any potential triggers. Consider speaking to a gynecologist who can provide personalized advice and explore possible treatments, such as lifestyle changes or medications.

I want complete clarity on this . I had an intercourse on oct 24 which includes no vaginal penetration no ejaculation. it only includes anal penetration and rubbing around anal region for about 10 sec. there were bleedings on Nov 8th dec 6th Jan 3rd and Feb 2nd .These bleeding seemed to be regular flow and last for 3 to 5 days . also did a urine pregnancy test on Dec 30 with evening urine (might be diluted) showed clear negative. later on Jan 29 went to a clinic and did ultrasound scan and they said no pregnancy. Is there any sort of possibility of pregnancy in this . because i have seen cases on Google where a women had regular periods and delivered a baby unknowingly about her pregnancy until labour. my question is even some cases exist where a scan can't find pregnancy. is that possible at all at time after 13 weeks of intercourse. can I beleive the results for sure or do I need any further tests. Please give clarity on this. I have been thinking a lot from 3 months . I need peace.

My mother have been living with hiv for the past 13 years so she has started to develop pain in the position of her 2 breast.what could exactly be the cause of this

Male | 59

Pain in the breasts can have many causes, particularly in someone who has HIV. For example, it might be because of an infection hormonal changes, or inflammation. Your mother must go to her doctor as soon as possible so they can find out what is causing it exactly. To help deal with the pain and underlying problems she may need some drugs, changes in the way she lives, or further tests.

I am 17 years old and am scared I might be pregnant. I used protection and checked for holes but I’m still concerned because I’m not on birth control and I took a pregnancy test 7 days after I had sex and it came back negative do you think there is a chance I could be pregnant

Female | 17

When a woman is pregnant, she might experience missed periods, nausea, and being constantly tired. However, stress can also bring these signs. Sometimes getting tested one week after intercourse may not give accurate results. If you want to be more certain, wait longer and do another test.

How many days does withdrawal bleeding last? It's been 10 days my bleeding is not stopping what should I do

Female | 25

Withdrawal bleeding typically lasts 3 to 7 days. If you have been experiencing bleeding for 10 days, it may be best to seek advice from a gynecologist. Prolonged bleeding could be influenced by several factors, including hormonal changes or other medical conditions. Symptoms to note include unusual heaviness or clotting. It’s important to stay hydrated and monitor your condition. If you feel any discomfort or have concerns, consulting with your doctor will provide you with personalized guidance and reassurance.

Hi, good day Last month I visited my aunt, used the toilet at her place, the toilet was awful Two days later I started feeling this light itch in my vagina, labia majora It continued the itch became worse and I even noticed a discharge I went to the pharmacy and bought fluconazole After taking the dose the discharge stopped and the itching reduced a great deal But then I exhausted the tablet I think I took it for five days I felt the infection was gone though I still had a bit of an itch... Afterwards my period came and during the course of my period I experienced no itch but after I was done with my period the itch returned, though not as it was before I started taking fluconazole, just that I get the itch from time to time I've not had sexual intercourse before (penis in vagina).

You might have yourself a yeast infection. Yeast infections can result in itching and unusual discharge. These occur when there is an imbalance between good and bad bacteria in the vagina. This can be caused by taking certain drugs or being in a wet place such as using a dirty toilet. Buy some anti-fungal creams or tablets from your local pharmacy. Another thing you could do is wear cotton underwear more often because they’re breathable fabric and practice good hygiene so that this doesn’t happen again.

My wife is at 39th week 3 days and baby weight is 3.7 kgs and doctor ask to come for admission after 2 days. She is afraid of Having Large Baby.

Female | 33

Feeling anxious is understandable, yet you're doing well! A baby weighing 3.7 kilograms at 39 weeks isn't worrisome. Larger babies might make delivery slightly challenging. However, your doctor closely monitors the situation. The suggested admission aims to ensure a smooth birthing process.
