I am 39 years old and have been experiencing back pain for over 2 years. When I get out of bed, my body aches, and my legs feel weak and painful. Occasionally, I take a Nimesulide tablet, which provides relief for 5 to 6 days. Additionally, I experience pain in different parts of my body on different days, such as my chest, arms, and neck. What should I do?

I do roofing for work. Handle nail guns with nails held together by little brass wire. When you shoot a nail with our nailguns...some brass is always still attached to the nail (about 3 mm) and today I accidentally shot myself on top of my thigh and when I pulled the nail out, no wire came with it. The wound is now healed over (it's been about 10 hours since sending this inquiry) So how dire is it for me to get it professionally removed? Can I just deal with it in there forever?
