Today afternoon I put ethanol and acyclovir topically and after 2-3 hours the blister erupted. I’m afraid if I transmitted the virus to my boyfriend. I try to be cautious and avoid sexual intercourse while having an outbreak. I thought it wasn’t very dangerous because the blister hadn’t developed, but I’m really afraid if I transmitted the virus.
