Wie geht es mit meinen Schulter- und Knieschmerzen weiter?
Ich bin 70 Jahre alt und habe seit sechs Monaten Schmerzen in den Schultern und Knien. Ich habe einige Tage lang Medikamente und schmerzlindernde Salbencreme eingenommen, aber es gab keine Linderung. Was soll ich jetzt tun?

My father was unable to walk properly (not able to move the legs freely). Unable to lift the weights, foot drop, unable to write properly sometimes, some muscle loss was seen in limbs. Im a female 33 years old i suffer from scoliosis since birth and ive done 3 operation the last one was in 2004 which caused injury to my spinal cord. I can feel and walk with crutch and i can take one or two step without support, my right leg is more affected than my left. I read that only injuries less than one year or 2 is perfect for stem cells, my injury is 20 years old. Would it be possible for the stem cell therapy to work in my case ? Thank you

I got my knee patella dislocated for first time 2 weeks ago and today my plaster got dispatched. My knee has swelling is it due to plaster? And I am not able to bend it I am able to stand properly on both legs but while walking my knee can’t hold my weight properly. Swelling after causing a dislocated patella is usual. The plaster may play a part in the swelling, however, the major reason behind the injury is. Difficulty bending and walking are expected early on. As the knee mends, this will improve slowly over time. Light exercises your orthopedist suggests can stretch and strengthen your knee. Resting, elevating your leg, applying ice packs, and taking prescribed medications if necessary to reduce swelling will be helpful.
