Tomó 100 mg de Horny Goat Weed durante el embarazo. ¿Soluciones?
Estoy embarazada y tomé un suplemento que contiene hierba de cabra en celo, alrededor de 100 mg. ¿Qué tengo que hacer? Tiene otros ingredientes como Muira Puama, Ginkgo Biloba y Raíz de Maca. Todo esto, junto con Horny Goat Weed, produce 900 mg en un cubo. Quería preguntar ¿cómo me afecta esto?

Horny Goat Weed es una planta que algunas personas usan como ayuda natural, pero los médicos recomiendan no tomarla durante el embarazo. Tal vez pueda causar un ritmo cardíaco rápido, mareos o incluso afectar el crecimiento de su bebé.
