been under investigation for upper left sided stomach and chest pain for about 2 years now. The pain usually comes during strenuous activity causing me to stop what I’m doing. I had a hiatus hernia which recently got repaired by surgery to stop the acid reflux but doctors did not think that this would stop the pain I was getting which it hasn’t! I’ve had CT scans which have supposedly been normal, an ultra sound which shown an enlarged spleen and an hematoma on the spleen.
