These can be motivated by several things, such as anxiety, medication side effects, or even underlying conditions. It's important to have this with a healthcare professional who can assess her situation in its entirety is necessary. In the meantime, she will find it very beneficial to spend time in a relaxed environment and involve herself in activities, which give her pleasure and safety. Do not decide to alter any medications nor begin any new ones until you have consulted your psychiatrist, for the situation and can be of help to you.

Hello, my name is Mathilda I am 22 years old. I just wanted to know, I took 3 quietapine of 200mg, 3 xanax 1mg and 2 stilnox 10mg and 2x 30mg mirtazapine. Am I at risk?

Taking several drugs together can involve serious risks. Those medications can have critical impacts on your physique as they interact. Some signs you might face are dizziness, confusion, slow breathing, and even blacking out. It is important to get help right away by either calling the emergency services or going to the nearest hospital. The medications are mixed, and they can be life-threatening. Therefore, you should get medical assistance at once.

Im a 15 year old one actually its not a disease or something bt im getting myself weak and scared and my heart beats are getting high its actually the exm results... Cbse class 10 results are on tmrw and im feeling myself loosing the strength
Female | 15
I can understand how waiting for exam scores makes you feel very bad. Your body can get weak, and afraid, and your heart can beat fast when you are anxious. It is just how your body acts when it feels stress. To feel good, try breathing deeply, talk to someone about how you feel, and do things you like. Remember, exam scores do not show who you are as a person.

My name is Deepali age 22 I have been listening to subliminal since last 4 - 5 days and since yesterday I am having side effects like dizziness brain fog nausea and blur vision can you please suggest what to do ????
Female | 22
It would appear that you have the feeling of an uncomfortable symptom like nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, and brain fog. Often this is the result of stress, fatigue, or even your body's reaction to the silent subaudio. The thing is consciously leaving them to have a chance to get relaxation to mind and body is a must. Try to drink water regularly, guarantee that you have enough sleep, and reflect on slow-tempo activities like walking. If your symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend you consult a Psychiatrist for a thorough evaluation and guidance.

It is not advisable to stay on Librium without seeking medical advice while you are coping with alcohol symptoms of withdrawal. The doctor will assess your condition and only after that make an expert recommendation on the suitable treatment. My friend suffering from following problem 1 if family member not talking politely or net & clean way then she crying too much 2. After that talking with herself ( I am positive, everyone talking with me polite, all is well, ok etc) 3.crying too much, closes her eye, sleeping on floor, pain in her left side chest, stomach sounding very fast like gad gad, plam light bluish
Female | 26
Your friend is having a hard time dealing with stress and experiencing emotional troubles, which in turn, are causing physical problems. She might be crying, talking to herself, and feeling a sharp pain in her chest, which is a clear indication of stress and anxiety. The noises in the stomach and blueish palms may be the first signs of a high pulse rate and lack of normal blood circulation. Advice her to speak to someone she trusts and make deep breathing a habit, and have her try relaxation techniques to minimize stress.

I have GAD and hypothyroidism. I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for 1 year and GAD for almost 5 months and taking meds regularly. But I don't know if I'll recover from this. I'm tired like really tired. Will it ever be fine. Will I ever be fine?
Female | 16
GAD along with underactive thyroid driving can make you very tired. This is because your thyroid becomes stubborn with time which indirectly and gradually drains your energy level. The plus side is that you can get the right treatment and help and be well on your way to recovery. Sticking to your pills, having a good diet, and getting enough rest are essential. The process of healing will allow you over time to get back to being yourself again.

Can I stop 50 mg zoloft cold turkey after 6 days of use?
Female | 25
Taking a 50mg Zoloft dose abruptly for 6 days without medical advice is not the right thing to do. The abrupt termination of this medicine can produce withdrawal of the symptoms and may affect your undesirable mental health. A psychiatrist or a mental health professional would counsel reducing the medicine very slowly and supervising you closely.

Breakup is bringing you grief and loneliness. It's what happens to most people, and it is quite common. It might trigger your mind, making you think everything is going wrong. You may feel disinterested in conversations with girls or in some activities you used to like. This is what is called depression. Speaking with a psychiatrist about your feelings is important. They can assist you in lifting your spirit and staying by your side.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your struggles. To address psychological problems and thinking disorders caused by your environment and relationships, seek professional help from a psychiatrist psychologist, or therapist. Share your feelings with a trusted friend or family member, prioritize self-care, and consider journaling. If necessary, set boundaries with toxic individuals and, under professional guidance, explore medication options. Recovery takes time, so be patient and work on a long-term plan with your mental health provider. You don't have to face this alone; there is help available.

i dont eat in the mornings because im not hungry so i eat in the afternoon but i eat a little. and at night i eat a little

Your irregular eating habits can negatively impact your well-being. Morning hunger leads to sluggishness and lack of focus. Meager afternoon and evening meals deprive your body of vital nutrients. Aim for balanced meals containing fruits, veggies, proteins, and carbs throughout the day.
