Answered on 18th Feb '25
Nimesulide, at a dosage of 100mg, can be effective in alleviating headaches, generally caused by tension, sinus issues, or migraines. It works by reducing inflammation and relieving pain. However, it's important to consider the underlying reason for your discomfort. If headaches persist or worsen, seeking advice from a neurologist is wise. They can offer a comprehensive evaluation and alternative treatments if needed. Staying hydrated, managing stress, and ensuring adequate rest can also greatly help.

Male | 69
When someone has a stroke, it can affect their ability to speak, eat, and move. This happens because parts of the brain that control these things get damaged. It’s important for him to be monitored closely by medical professionals to provide proper care, support, and therapy to help him regain functions. Patience, love, and proper medical care are key in his recovery journey.

I am 35 years age. I have migraine intense pain for last 6 years.
Female | 35
Migraine is a problem with which people have to endure pulsating headaches, become nauseous, and become weak to both light and sound. They can be provoked by stress, insufficient sleep, and some types of food. The most significant thing to do is to manage your stress, get sufficient sleep, and remove the food that triggers you, which are three helpful ways to avoid migraines. You also ought to see a neurologist to be diagnosed and treated.

I met with a head injury after a bike accident and suffered inter parenchymal bleeding as per ct scan doctors said I am alive just because blood did not clot inside head and it went out but m still facing issues with my memory after 2 months of the incident,in that accident my jaw was also dislocated but they operated it and fixed I don't know what is causing me memory problems
Male | 23
Memory trouble following a blow to the head might be due to the way it affects your brain. When the brain’s tissues become injured, this can impact its ability to store and recall information. Sometimes these kinds of injuries need time to heal so make sure you’re getting plenty of rest and eating well while also seeing your neurologist for regular check-ups. They might even recommend certain therapies designed specifically for improving memory.

Although i am able to complete everyday tasks and even communicate properly. I have noticed when I indulge myself into something for a moment it gets a little better but then again i start feeling it again. I was going to gym regularly and pushing hard. Moreover i was also consuming coffee before workout and whey protein. For a first few days it was for shorter period and then i was fine but now its been two weeks its constant. I have left everything but still it persists. I think it might be an anxiety. But i have never been diagnosed with it or any mental issues. On the other hand i wear spectacles I thought maybe it was due to that i got my eyesight checked they say its the same. So now i am very worried. Please let me know what should i do. Thank u very much.

Brain fog can cause dullness and difficulty concentrating. It may be triggered by stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, or certain medications. By cutting out coffee and workout-boosting herbs, you're already on the path to recovery. To help clear the fog, focus on getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and practicing calming activities like meditation or walking. If symptoms persist, it's best to consult a neurologist.

My family are on a trip to god's place and My brother got fits today like 3 times and he is behaving abnormal...what can we do?
Male | 30
Your brother may have had seizures, which are also called fits, and can make people behave strangely. There are many reasons why seizures occur – for instance, epilepsy or a high fever. If you see someone having a seizure, put them down gently on their side so that they don’t get hurt. Don’t try to hold his tongue or put anything in his mouth. Keep calm throughout this period then seek medical attention immediately after it is over. Finding out what caused him to convulse is important as well as getting him treated appropriately.

I’m 25 year old men, I have fever & feeling something is stuck in my front neck plus I have finger numbness and chest stiffness
Male | 25
The rise in temperature with the sensation that something is lodged in your throat may be an infection or an inflamed area within it. On the other hand, having your fingers get numb while experiencing tightness around the chest could also imply bad blood flow or nerve-related issues. You must take a break, drink a lot of water, and see a doctor so you can receive proper medication.

A stroke can lead to various symptoms, including weakness, confusion, or difficulty speaking. It happens due to disrupted blood flow to the brain, often from a clot or bleeding. The CT scan is vital for determining the type and extent of the stroke and guiding treatment. I strongly encourage you to share the results with her healthcare provider, as they can offer personalized insights and potential recovery plans tailored to her specific needs. Female | 17
The possibility that a person may have memory problems, tingling in the hands and feet, headaches, or muscle weakness suggests that there may be a shortage of specific vitamins in his/her body like vitamin B12. Taking vitamin B12 could assist in this deficit and could be found in meat and dairy products.

Male | Farhan shahid
After a long period without seizures, it is still possible for them to occur, especially if he misses his medication or becomes overly tired. Fasting and lack of sleep during the Eid period may have contributed. His physician recommends he take Epival 500mg twice daily. The new dosage is expected to reduce the frequency of seizures if taken regularly.

My grandfather age is 69 he has second brain stroke before 5 month today his throat is peining (nv tude is use to feeding) please doctor tell is any problem related to stroke
Male | 69
Often after a stroke, people can have problems swallowing. This is called dysphagia. It can be painful to the throat and hence eating or drinking becomes difficult. This is because the muscles associated with swallowing may not work properly after a stroke. Discuss this with your neurologist to accomplish feeding and avoid any complications.
