No you can't as both of these drugs belongs to different chemical classes and they might cause damages to the stomach lining that can lead to gastrointestinal bleeding. It would be preferable to consider a gastroenterologist to have a more in-depth knowledge concerning your condition and to establish an accurate diagnosis.

i am a 19 year old female currently about to be 36 weeks pregnant and for the past week ive had horrible diarrhea i did have fevers but they stopped two days ago now only the diarrhea remains and its only gotten worse it seems. ive been to urget care and my obgyn but they haven’t given me the answers im looking for, waiting on some test to come back. my question is my diarrhea has been bright yellow and its been every other hour. since my fever went down ive started getting pain in my stomach everytime i get up and move mainly due to needing to go to the bathroom ( baby is completely fine says the doctors and i do feel her moving the same as before) when i go to use the bathroom its like i cannot get it out only little bits of the diarrhea and now today it is black. so far its like every ten or so minutes my stomach starts hurting and i need to go back but its so swollen and has started to bleed a little bit from so much diarrhea that it really hurts but yet barley any comes out should i try a stool softener?
Female | 19
Bright yellow diarrhea may indicate bile in your stool, while black diarrhea can suggest stomach bleeding. These symptoms could be due to infections or other medical issues that need attention. In my opinion, using a stool softener may not be ideal at this time. It's important to continue following your doctor's advice closely.

Hello doctor good morning, I'm Rajesh Kumar from West Bengal. Doctor I'm suffering from piles during 15 days I use medicine with help of doctor consultation. I feel very pain on anus area. I nothing understood what I do. At the anus area only pain happened not bleeding aa another thing.
Male | 26
It appears that you are suffering from pain in the anus area. This can be a common sign of piles, also known as hemorrhoids. Piles can be the reason for unpleasant sensations and pain, particularly when passing stool. The main reason for piles is the raised pressure in the blood vessels near the anus. To help with the pain, you can first, soak in hot water baths, apply over-the-counter creams, and, eat high-fiber foods to prevent straining while passing stool. If the pain continues or gets worse, it's time to talk with a gastroenterologist about other treatment options.

I m 21 week pregnant. My SGPT AND SGOT is 394 and 327. Already taking liver medicine prescribe by doctor. Why it is happening. Is it normal??
Female | 30
Elevated serum GOT (394) and GPT (327) levels in pregnancy are not widespread. These levers might be indicators of liver damage, which could be caused by some liver conditions or infections like Isaak's disease. Fortunately, you are already taking medication. Stick to your doctor's recommendations. Don't forget to have a healthy lifestyle that includes good food, proper hydration, and sufficient sleep. The monthly checkups can tell whether the problem is under control.

im 17 years old, i have this stomach ache in the morning yesterday even right now. I try to eat and poop but still it hurts even also when im laying on bed and sitting down. how can i avoid this pain what should i do and dont?
Female | 17
There are a lot of things that can give someone a stomach ache - like eating too much, eating spicy food, or being nervous. Try eating smaller meals more often instead of three big ones. Keep away from spicy foods entirely and make sure to drink plenty of fluids every day. Don't lie down right after you eat something either. If the pain sticks around after doing all these things, go to a gastroenterologist for a check-up.

I am 24 years female with anal fissure on and off for 1 month. I am on laxative, but when I stop the laxative my stools becomes hard and again tearing the anal region causing pain while pooping. After a treatment the pain becomes better. Is there any fiber supplement which will softens the stool and helps my fissure to heal
Female | 24
What is probably happening is you have an anal fissure, which is a small split in the skin around the anus. The pain that occurs during bowel movements is the main symptom. Hard stools can make it worse. Fiber supplements like psyllium husk or methylcellulose may help you ease your bowel movements which are the reason for the hard stools. Also drinking plenty of water is very good for your digestion.

My stomach is having gas bubble

Okay you can try a few remedies to find relief. Drink warm liquids like herbal teas or warm water with lemon to relax the stomach muscles. Avoid carbonated drinks and chewing gum as they can contribute to gas production.

Hi. I ate leftover food from last night for lunch. It was in the microwave last night and morning time I put it in the refrigerator. It didn't smell bad when I smelled it and it didn't make me sick when I ate it. But I was worried to much if I made a mistake eating it. So I forced myself to throw it out. Please advise ????
Female | 22
Consuming food that has been out of reach for a certain amount of time might result in food intoxication. The symptoms of food poisoning may include aches, discomfort, cramps, nausea, and vomiting. If there is no evidence of these symptoms after you eat the food, it's likely that your body didn’t react.

I have messy stoola in once or twice a day mostly in morning since last one or 2 months. There us no pain or cramps but bloating nd gas problem I have. Whats the reason for it...I am 22 yrs old female...
Female | 22
The irritable bowel syndrome, or bloating gas, can stem from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is a common ailment of the digestive tract. You are by the way at the same age as other people who suffer from this condition. Stress, diet, and allergies to specific foods may all cause IBS. Take the food diary exercise, so you can track what's triggering it. Besides, ensure you take fluids and fiber-rich foods as well. In cases where the problems persist, visiting a gastroenterologist can provide more insight and possible treatment options.

If the patient has not experienced relief from their symptoms after 48 hours of following the prescribed medications, it would be advisable for them to contact their physician for further evaluation. . I am 34 years old My pancreas has been damaged
Male | 34
When the pancreas is injured, it can cause all sorts of problems. You may have terrible tummy aches, throw up a lot, and lose weight without trying to. A damaged pancreas could be the result of gallstones, or too much alcohol, or it might just run in your family. Eating well and staying away from booze is important. A gastroenterologist could prescribe some pills that would help you out and they might also recommend that you go on a special diet to make your pancreas feel better.

I’m a 22 year old woman and I’m always feeling pain in my upper belly
Female | 22
You might be having some stomach problems. The pain you get in your upper belly probably means that you are suffering from stuff like heartburn or indigestion. These are the moments when the stomach's digestive acids harass the lining of the stomach or esophagus and damage happens. Try eating small amounts and not eating spicy or fatty foods. If the pain continues or gets worse, visit a gastroenterologist.

Why do I feel food is stuck in my throat and feel pain when we swallow food during 30weeks pregnant
Female | 21
When you are pregnant, the feeling of food is caught in the throat and a sense of pain when swallowing it is most likely caused by acid reflux. It occurs when the stomach acid erupts back to the esophagus which could make you feel like food is stuck and also can cause pain. It leads to a sensation of being unable to swallow and a painful state. One method to relieve it is by eating less and avoiding spicy foods as well as standing or sitting for some time after a meal. If the symptoms persist, seek advice from a gastroenterologist.

I am having severe pain in my lower left and my lower right abdomen and it’s moving to my lower back
Male | 20
You may have some issues with your kidneys or your urinary system. The pain in your lower abdomen and back might indicate a kidney infection or kidney stones which are the probable causes. Other symptoms to watch for are a frequent need to pee, burning when you go, or cloudy urine. It is unlikely to go away by itself and you should drink a lot of water and visit a gastroenterologist as soon as possible to make sure it is checked.
