Pus is a sign of infection; hence, your wound can be infected. The next steps are to keep clean areas, apply an antibiotic ointment, and cover them with a bandage. Moreover, you need to talk to a doctor to be sure the wound is healing well.

What does partial lumbarization of S1 bilaterally with possible bilateral lateral S1-S2 pseudoarthrosis. No acute fracture mean?
Female | 29
S1 shows partial lumbarization. This is indicative of an unusual section of your back. It may be responsible for the pain you feel in your lower back. If a bone does not go the way it is supposed to, it will join another bone and cause an immovable joint which is what S1 - S2 bilateral sacroiliitis refers to. If there is no sudden fracture then there is none. Try to have some rest; take mild painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen which can be bought over the counter at any pharmacy near you then after doing all this if it doesn’t work out fine consult a physiotherapist who will provide appropriate therapy for relief apart from doing exercises that are not too strenuous.

Muscle strain, poor posture, nerve compression, or underlying medical conditions can cause pain in the neck & shoulders. Some cases may not be serious and can be attributed to minor issues like muscle tension. Consult an orthopedic for diagnosis.

I am a 17 year old female with a diagnosis of bertalottis syndrome which I take co-codamol 8/500 and an anti inflammatory for. For about 2 years I've been experiencing chronic pain in my wrists, knees, ankles and elbows. The pain is usually about a 3/4 usually and its an achey/strong pain but it often gets more intense like a flare up where it can go from a 6-10 where I am unable to move the affected body part.
Female | 17
You may face issues linked to Bertolotti's syndrome. Dealing with ongoing pain in various joints is not unusual with this condition. The achy, intense ache you describe, coupled with flare-ups, is a frequent symptom. Collaborating closely with an orthopedist to investigate diverse treatment choices that could enhance symptom management remains crucial. Exercising and physical therapy may prove advantageous too.

I have history of injury 2 months back my mri report says I have partial ACL tear with PCL sprain. I have very instability does it require surgery
Female | 18
Your knee injury involves a partly torn ACL and strained PCL ligaments. These issues destabilize the knee joint. Symptoms include discomfort, swelling, and trouble walking. Surgery may sometimes repair ligaments, restoring stability. However, discuss treatment choices with an orthopedist knowledgeable about your specific case.

I fell on my wrist 6 months ago and still have pain when I put pressure on it and after physical activity, the pain is located on the pinky side of the hand and there is a clicking noise when I twist my wrist.
Female | 24
Considering your symptoms, you may have a wrist sprain or ligament injury. It is recommended to see an Orthopedic doctor in order to get a correct diagnosis and treatment. The specialist will conduct a physical examination and may suggest imaging tests to establish the severity of injury. Procrastination in treatment can cause chronic problems.

Seeking your doctor's opinion is important if you see any symptoms suggesting an infection after the surgery, as they will be able to diagnose and treat the condition appropriately. In case of infection, she should see an orthopedist who can determine the specific diagnosis and apply the proper treatment.

After bypass surgery there is significant pain in leg after months of surgery
Male | 75
If you're feeling a lot of pain in your leg months after having bypass surgery, it could be due to a condition called peripheral artery disease. This is a situation in which the blood vessels in your leg are not functioning properly, thus, pain is caused. To help, try to walk periodically as directed, keep your leg elevated as much as possible, and take any prescribed medications. If the pain doesn't go away, tell your surgeon about it.

How to get rid of knee crepitus
Male | 36
Knee crepitus can be from multiple causes. Painless crepitus can be ignored. So, I won't advice for crepitus knee treatment as such.. Crepitus from knee cap problems can be cured with hip and knee strengthening. Crepitus from cartilage irregularities or loose pieces often need minor keyhole surgery. Painful crepitus from arthritis is initially treated with physical therapy and surgery when therapy stops helping.

Female | 30
It sounds like you're experiencing severe pain in both your neck and back. The MRI results indicate that some discs in your spine are pressing on your nerves, causing this ongoing pain. This could be due to the gradual wear and tear of the discs over time. See an orthopedist to discuss treatment options and help manage your pain effectively. It's important to follow your doctor's advice closely to aid in your recovery process.
