There are many reasons why you might wake up feeling dizzy and with a sore back. It might be that you did not drink enough water before going to bed, or that you slept in an awkward position which caused your back to become stiff. To combat this, try drinking some fluids before falling asleep and refrain from shifting your weight onto alternate sides during the night. Moreover stretching gently upon waking up can help loosen any tight muscles. If none of these solutions work then it would probably be wise to consult a orthopedist.

I am 24years old male and met with an road accident 9 days back and was on some pain killers and i got my x-ray and CT scan done 3 days back that is 6 days post accident the report stated it's avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament. Minimal posterior, cranial displacement of the fracture fragments noted.the consulted doctor suggested surgery is the option and i am looking to avoid it. I will be really happy if some doctor has a opinion otherwise.

The bones are separated, namely the shinbone, and the smaller leg bones are stretched. This will bring about pain, swelling, and at times impaired mobility of the knee. Resting, elevating the lower limb, using ice, and probably a brace could be an excellent start for a cure. In some situations, physiotherapy or surgery might be required for the knee to become stronger and better. You mustn't put any weight on the leg with the problem no matter what until an orthopedist advises the opposite.
