As per my understanding, you are experiencing discomfort in your waist & knee and gradual decreased sensation in your lower limbs, along with difficulty in walking as well. There are several causes which can lead to this kind of presentation. If there is no sudden fracture then there is none. Try to have some rest; take mild painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen which can be bought over the counter at any pharmacy near you then after doing all this if it doesn’t work out fine consult a physiotherapist who will provide appropriate therapy for relief apart from doing exercises that are not too strenuous.
