Elbow ORIF in Elderly with Arthritis
My mother is 62 years old and has had recently gone under ORIF for her elbow injury. She has a history of rheumatoid arthritis and also osteoporosis sue to her age. She takes hypertension medicine and controls pre-diabetes with diet. It's been 10 days since her surgery, she has a temporary plaster and we haven't got the x-ray yet. What are her chances of full recovery? Can there be any complications because of arthritis and how can we prevent those?

I am a 16 year old male. Currently sick with Covid, had fever for three days, now all good, however still positive. Today out of nowhere I started to feel some heel pain when walking, on my outside right heel. And I noticed it was mainly when taking my foot off the ground. I did some tests and found out it was only when lifting my foot off a hard surface, but not a cushioned surface, that actually helped ease the pain. Now about 10 hours later, it's a constant pain that only temporarily eases if I push my foot really hard on a cushioned surface. It's a sharp pain. I had heel problems 6-7 years ago, tendinitis, completely different pain. And nothing since then. I tried Arnica, and Moment Ibuprofen about 50 minutes ago and nothing has helped.

Hi I'm a 16 yo male and I have poor posture, I used to think that I have minor kyphosis , forward neck , rounded shoulders with scapular winging for which I had consulted a orthopedic doctor he told me to do spine and chest xray, After looking at the xray he told me that my posture is not seen as a deformity and it will cause no problems THE FINDINGS IN MY XRAY REPORT ARE ~Xray report of lumbo sacral spine (ap+lat) • sacralization of lumbar vertebra noted • straightening of lumbar curvature noted • reduced disc space noted between lumbar vertebrae ~Xray report of cervical spine (ap+lat) •Mild straightening of cervical curvature noted •bilateral cervical ribs noted •impression - cervical spondylosis ..........but I think due to my posture I get injuries while heavy workout and few months before I got injured while doing wide arm push up. The injury resulted in pain in shoulders for 3 days and a lower soilder for days until I watched a video on YT how to stretch to fix it.......how ever it was gone and now Im left with uneven collar bones at the chest due to which the mobility is different in both hands. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
