Experiencing intense episodes of anxiety can be quite distressing and may lead to physical sensations such as chest discomfort, shortness of breath, and increased heart rate. These feelings can stem from various factors, including stress, life changes, or underlying health concerns. It’s important to recognize that you are not alone and help is available. Techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, or regular physical activity can be beneficial. However, I encourage you to consult a psychiatrist for personalized guidance and support. They can help identify specific triggers and provide appropriate strategies for management and relief.

Side effects may arise after stopping the medication suddenly, particularly if it's for a mental disorder such as schizophrenia. The symptoms you are having such as vomiting, irritability, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, and dry mouth may be because of this sudden change. It's necessary to talk to your psychiatrist about this, doing so you'll be able to get rid of them safely. Mixing Valium, Xanax, and alcohol can be extremely dangerous. They all influence the brain to slow down activities, which can result in respiratory difficulties, unconsciousness, and even death. Indications may involve sleepiness, bewilderment, slurred language, and a decrease in respiration. If you've mixed these, look for urgent medical care immediately. It's crucial never to combine these substances because it might be fatal.

Sertraline is often the first treatment for anxiety. Mild side effects that can be experienced are stomach aches, headaches, and problems with sleeping. These disappear by themselves. I am 46 and have depression. I need sessions of deep transmagnetic stimulation. How much cost? Can I come tomorrow?
Female | 46
Deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a treatment for depression that is safe. Costs may differ from one clinic to another, but luckily, some insurance that partner with the clinics offers the treatment. It's smart to check it with the clinic. These may be found in depression itself, such as low moods, loss of interest, and unusual changes in appetite and sleep. TMS is a way of stimulating the brain by sending magnetic pulses. Naturally, it is required to fix a meeting for TMS during which you are free so that we can talk during that time, but we can shift your appointment for you as soon as it is convenient.

Changes in mood and behavior during tuberculosis treatment can be from various factors, including the illness itself, medication side effects, or psychological stress. Increased sleepiness and withdrawal are not uncommon but can be concerning. Communication is essential here.
