first & foremost periodontitis needs to be addressed to & corrected with the help of subgingival scaling or flap surgery on the gums. after which scan will have to be take to see the site of the implant region & bone condition.

Best solution is to quit smoking. if can't be done then go for regular clean ups to a local dentist once in 5/6 months
