You're having a hard time with back pain and arm pain. These are signs that may be brought on by factors such as bad posture, heavy bags, or sitting in an uncomfortable position for too long. I have a cousin. He has a condition that no doctor has been able to detect, all the tests he has done so far says he's completely fine, but he doesn't look that way since he has an abnormally big arm. The arm has an irregular shape. It's like clump of fats starting from his shoulder (which is also abnormally big) to his elbow. It stops there.
