Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you’re going through. It sounds like you’re dealing with intense mood swings and feelings of sorrow, which can be really tough. These emotional ups and downs, along with a sense of disinterest in things, could be linked to stress, anxiety, or even depression. It’s also possible that there might be underlying factors like burnout or unresolved emotional issues that are contributing to how you’re feeling. The first step to finding a solution is speaking with a mental health professional who can help you explore these emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Therapy can offer insight into your mental status and help you develop strategies to manage your mood swings and sorrow. You’re not alone in feeling like this, and getting support can help you understand what’s going on and how to move toward healing.

It is okay to feel shy and stressed at times. Many people face this. It can feel hard to be with others. You might feel nervous, shy, or scared. But, you are not alone in this. Try taking small steps. You could join a club or talk to someone you trust. Taking deep breaths and learning to relax can also help lower stress. Move at your own pace. Take it slow.

Side effects may arise after stopping the medication suddenly, particularly if it's for a mental disorder such as schizophrenia. The symptoms you are having such as vomiting, irritability, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, and dry mouth may be because of this sudden change. It's necessary to talk to your psychiatrist about this, doing so you'll be able to get rid of them safely. They might recommend decreasing the dose step by step or shifting to another drug to prevent adverse effects.

Of course, speaking with a mental health professional is the best way to get help, but you also might want to see a neurologist for your head injury.

This is more common than you may realize and could be due to stress affecting your body. When you’re nervous, it can make your body react in various ways such as increased heart rate and release of semen. Perhaps trying relaxation methods like deep breathing or talking about what’s bothering you with someone could help calm down your nerves before sitting for an exam.

It seems that you may be going through a type of depersonalization. That means that a person can observe life like an outside spectator from the viewpoint of seeing himself/herself acting. It can be associated with anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues as well. It is highly advised to communicate with someone you trust or a counselor about how you feel. They will be able to provide you with coping mechanisms. Besides, resting well, eating properly, and take a couple of breaths or practising mindfulness can also be beneficial to keep your mind at peace.

Anxiety attacks and hyperventilation
Female | 25
When you get anxious, your body can start breathing too quickly, a condition known as hyperventilation. These symptoms can make you feel out of control, and shaky, and your heart might race fast. It occurs as a result of the brain's misinterpretation of the need for more air when the actual need is not. A technique called paper bag breathing, as well as breathing slowly, can help. Among such are uplifting leisure exercises such as mindfulness and deep breathing to mitigate your anxiety.

Don't take more medicine without going to a doctor. You may hurt yourself if you do anything harmful. At least attempt to find some other way besides taking so much Xanax all the time because that could end badly too, like speaking halfway or breathing deeply. If these don't work then going to therapy would be great too.

Can i take warm milk at night as I am taking antidepredsants
Female | 43
Drinking warm milk before sleeping is usually okay for people taking antidepressant medicines. Milk has tryptophan, a substance that helps make serotonin. Serotonin is a chemical that aids sleep. However, some individuals may get stomach problems or gas from warm milk. If you don't experience these issues, a glass of warm milk at night is generally fine. Ensure it doesn't interact badly with your medications.

Male | 18
It appears that you’re having trouble losing weight because of the medicine you’re taking for ADD/Inattentive ADHD. Your appetite is affected by this drug thus making it hard for you to gain weight. It may help if you talk to your doctor about trying another medication that doesn’t suppress appetite. Such a change could enable you to reach a healthy weight. Speak with your healthcare provider regarding your concerns so that they can find the right solution.
