You're dealing with a condition called a strain on your inner thigh muscles, which can lead to pain and difficulty walking. Such a thing can occur with overuse or sudden movements. To aid with the pain and support in moving forward with your healing practice, apply ice, try resting your knee, and gently stretch the muscles. If the pain doesn't go away, it is important to get help from an orthopedist.

After bypass surgery there is significant pain in leg after months of surgery

Male | 75

If you're feeling a lot of pain in your leg months after having bypass surgery, it could be due to a condition called peripheral artery disease. This is a situation in which the blood vessels in your leg are not functioning properly, thus, pain is caused. To help, try to walk periodically as directed, keep your leg elevated as much as possible, and take any prescribed medications. If the pain doesn't go away, tell your surgeon about it.

I have back ake at my teenage 14

Female | 14

It’s common to experience back pain in your age group because of several factors. It may be due to rapid growth or carrying a heavy backpack. Some indications for this condition may include tenderness, rigidity, or uneasiness. To solve this problem, don’t carry heavy bags and do exercises that will tighten your muscles. Also, be mindful of how you sit or stand. If the discomfort persists then it would be wise to inform an adult about it.

I started having muscle pain/ache in my outer right hip area a day after I changed my everyday footwear a week ago. Pain is dull and bearable but irritating. It usually starts when walking and tends to go away slowly when sitting in a relaxed sitting position. Sometimes it also starts when sleeping. I'm not taking any medication of any kind. I'm underweight due to my lifestyle and eating habits.

Male | 24

It seems that you have muscle pain on the outside right hip region. This pain could have been caused by changing shoes. Muscles can ache if they are tense or strained. In addition, if you are too thin, your muscles may easily get tired. Put on supportive footwear, stretch gently and take a good diet so that your muscles can heal. Also, make sure to rest and avoid activities that worsen the ache.
