Hi, I've had this pain at the front at about my waistband just below my stomach, I'd say it feels muscular and about a 5-6/10 just uncomfortable, it only happens during strenuous exercise. I rested for approximately 2 weeks and my first training session back the pain resumed. I would like to know if it is likely to be muscular or another issue thanks.

I'm 19 yrs old girl, I'm getting pain in my knee cap while going up the stairs,the pain gradually decreases when I stopped moving upstairs.I do feel the pain even more when I'm cycling on a steep or elevated.Normally I don't feel any pain while doing daily activities.I don't even know what causes me pain in my knees.I didn't fall down in the past,but I cycled too much during the covid time in between 2019-2021& may be that's when I started feeling pain for the 1st time. Im a female 33 years old i suffer from scoliosis since birth and ive done 3 operation the last one was in 2004 which caused injury to my spinal cord. I can feel and walk with crutch and i can take one or two step without support, my right leg is more affected than my left.
