I am 20 years old man andi dislocated by ring finger while playing cricket, i think its broken and i can't bend my finger
Male | 20
It might be true if you have been suffering pain, looking at the swelling, and unable to bend the finger. A difficult event such as a strong impact or force is usually the reason for its occurrence. At this point, you should cease all activities, place ice on the area, and raise your hand. Medical attention by an orthopedist must be given so that the treatment will be done correctly.

My knees keep popping every tine I move it I am afraid
Male | 43
If your knees keep popping every time you move them, it could be due to ligament issues, arthritis, or even a simple gas buildup in the joint. It's best to visit an orthopedic doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Ignoring it might lead to more complications, so please consult a specialist soon.

I had a sharp pain when I woke up and I want to know if I should go into the office for it
Female | 23
Waking with discomfort can seem worrisome, yet common causes exist. It might've been from an awkward sleeping position or strained muscles. Try gentle stretching exercises or a warm shower for relief. However, if pain persists or intensifies, then seeking medical attention from an orthopedist would be prudent.

Hi, I got injured while playing football above the ankle but the damage interfered with the ankle thus resulting to severe pains how can I control it
Male | 20
I suggest you consult with an orthopedic specialist right away. This injured ankle may have damaged the joint, which led to a throbbing pain. During this time, you may relieve the pain by applying ice to the affected area; taking antinflammatory medicine and keeping your leg elevated. But these are only short-term fixes, which would require an official diagnosis and treatment from a specialist.

Iam 21 years old male backache for 2 months and some health issues that I don't understand what should I do?
Male | 21
Back injury's roots can be different, due to incorrect body posture, overworked muscles, or stress. Any other signs you may have, including numbness or tingling in your legs, are equally important to listen to. Attempting to correct your posture, and undertake light stretching exercises, and hot or cold packs may also be beneficial for pain relief. When the pain does not diminish, it is advisable to consult an orthopedist for a second opinion and treatment.

As per my understanding you want to know which types of implant is best for hip arthroplasty. There are mainly two types of surgeries. The other type of surgery is hemiarthroplasty, which involves replacing half of the hip joint hip resurfacing and hip replacement. The choice of implant depends on the type of surgery. Foot bone rising happens due to severe pain and swelling. It can result from wounds or injuries, or excessive usage. Heavy lifting may also cause it. Resting, elevating feet can help. Soaking feet in ginger or saltwater, keeping them cool brings relief. Consult an orthopedist if discomfort persists.

Sir have pain in left knee It was showing as acl sprain and Hyper Lesion on pcl then it mention as gamglion
Female | Ranganayagi
Your symptoms – pain, an ACL sprain – suggest one thing: there’s been some injury there. Hyperextension of the PCL or even just having a ganglion cyst could also cause trouble with movement and make things uncomfortable in general. But don’t worry – rest up that joint, apply some ice on it, and listen to whatever the doctor says needs doing.

When can i eat chips after jaw surgery?
Male | 34
Since the treatment of jaw surgery, solid as well as crunchy foods similar to chips will be reintroduced into your diet after a period based on how fast you heal. Generally speaking it’s a good idea to start with soft or liquid diet right after the surgery and progressively move up towards firmer consistencies as your doctor recommends. In the first phase, crunchy foods are avoided for several weeks in order to let the jaw heal without putting it under additional strain. Stick to the particular dietary recommendations given by your surgeon, in order for a smooth recovery process.

There's been swelling in my legs after the treatment; what should I do about it?
Female | 60
If you notice any swelling in your legs after treatment, you must do so. Swelling can occur due to fluid build-up or blood flow changes. In some instances, medications may also be the culprits. While sitting, be sure to elevate your legs and avoid standing for too long. Going around can also aid. Should the swelling continue or the worsening of it be the case, be sure to inform an orthopedist immediately.

I got injured we were playing football and someone s foot on my foot so from night to no my foot is swelling continuously
Male | 20
A sprained foot might be the issue. When someone steps on your foot, the tissues get strained, causing swelling. Pain and difficulty moving your foot are common symptoms. To manage, resting, icing the area, and elevating your foot are helpful strategies. However, if swelling and pain persist, seeking medical evaluation from an orthopedist is crucial for proper assessment and treatment.
