Agar aapko kisi tarah ki takleef ya symptoms mehsoos ho rahe hain, jaise ki dard, khushk khasi, ya thakan, toh yeh zaroori hai ki aap isse samjhein. Ye issues kabhi kabhi stress, allergy ya kisi infection ki wajah se ho sakte hain. Ghar par kuch gharelu nuskhe, jaise chai ya garm paani se gargle karna, aapko aram de sakta hai. Lekin, agar aapki halat behtar nahi hoti ya symptoms khatarnaak ho, toh ek psychiatrist se sampark karna behad zaroori hai.

They are living separate since Dec 2022. But Child is suffering without father.
