As per my understanding, you are experiencing discomfort in your waist & knee and gradual decreased sensation in your lower limbs, along with difficulty in walking as well. There are several causes which can lead to this kind of presentation. Causes generally are classified into spinal causes, traumatic causes or neuromuscular causes etc. Eg: slip disc, multiple sclerosis pinched nerve syndrome, peripheral neuropathy and many more. Treatment generally will be physiotherapy, occupational therapy, medication if required surgery but if there is weakness, difficulty in walking, or numbness, then it's a medical emergency. So kindly consult an orthopedic and a neurologist to rule out what exactly is the pathology behind your symptoms and get treated accordingly. Yesterday, I played badminton because my knee felt good. However, I had an awkward fall and twisted my knee. It hurt at first, but I can walk and climb stairs relatively normally. i’m 21 years old and about a week or two ago i started having wrist pains and whenever i tried to sit up (i push myself up to sit up with my hands like a 90° angle) and it was to the point i couldn’t put ANY type of pressure on it. i don’t have a wrist splint but i’ve used those stretching, skin colored wrapping bandages which have helped a bit so i can definitely sit up way easier but now the pain is mostly just at the top of the wrist when i actually bend it more forward than i usually would when my hands are like a 90° angle when i sit up. i’m assuming it’s carpal tunnel but i don’t have insurance nor money to pay to go to a doctors office/urgent care :/

You're sensing friction in your wrist probably because of wear and tear. Carpal tunnel syndrome mainly causes numbness and tingling of the fingers but not just pain in the wrist.
