Hello, today I had a deep massage session for my chest and stomach. The pain was horrible in my chest. Till now I can feel it in my bones when I move, so I’m just concerned about the pain. Is it normal? I tried to get up minutes before and I felt dizziness in my eyes and I couldn’t see clearly, I also felt coldness in my fingers and heard noises in my ears It was just for seconds
Female | 20
It's not normal to feel terrible chest pain after having a massage. Dizziness, blurred vision, cold hands and noises in the ears are not good signs following a massage. This could happen if certain areas were pressed during the massage or if blood circulation was affected. You should take a break, drink some water and use a warm cloth to calm your muscles down. Seek medical help if the symptoms continue or become worse.

You may have plantar fasciitis. It occurs when foot bottom tissue gets strained, and inflamed. Comfy shoes help. Do stretches. Apply ice. See a physical orthopedic specialist if the pain won't go away. They'll make a treatment plan for you. Keep caring for yourself.

I got my acl and mcl surgery 4 weeks ago and now I walk without any support or knee brace it is safe or not ?? And today at bending my knee I hear a cracking sound it is possible of break the repaired acl
Male | 24
A cracking sound heard during knee flexion may raise a red flag. It might be caused by the rupture of scar tissue or movement of the joint. However, don't be frightened. Initially, it is not likely that the repaired ACL has been torn again. Still, though, for your good, stay away from practices that hurt or cause any discomfort. Keep being careful, and maybe set up a visit with your surgeon to check that everything is okay.

Last week I fell and hit my knee. It is bruised and swollen. There are no breaks or cracks in the area. Today the bruise on my knee is starting to fade but the swelling is hard. Her legs can walk as usual, but sometimes it hurts, she can't straighten and feel pressured in the swollen part. Because the swelling is hot and hard. Kdng2 is tired and throbbing. When she wants to straighten her legs, she will crack her knees and feel heavy. When I sit down he is depressed in his knees. Is it dangerous or is it normal to get hit?
Female | 20
If you are experiencing a hematoma, where blood pools and forms a lump underneath the skin. The swelling, hardness, and discomfort are general signs. It is common to sense these sensations while your body is healing. An ice pack, leg elevation, and painkillers can be used to provide relief. If the pain increases or if there is difficulty moving the knee, an orthopedist should be consulted for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have mild scoliosis is it treatable Is exercise is a good treatment for mild scoliosis
Male | 18
Mild scoliosis is when your spine curves sideways. This twisting condition can cause back discomfort, make one shoulder or hip higher than the other, and make you get tired faster. Exercising helps strengthen spine muscles, improving posture. So focus on stretches and strengthening moves for that curved spine. But remember, regular orthopedist checkups monitor scoliosis progress. They ensure the right steps are taken for your specific curve's treatment.

Male | 17
Something could irritate some nerves or muscle tissues in your left hand. When lifting objects, you feel discomfort - likely signs of muscle strain there. Separately, those chest twitches, feeling your heartbeat more strongly - those sensations correlate with nerve agitation. To pinpoint root causes and treatment options, consulting an orthopedist proves crucial.

I am 25 year old male. I was playing soccer and I had a fairly significant leg on leg contact on my shin, it shows lots of bruising but that feels expected. What is unexpected is that my ankle/foot has intense bruising that is a deep purple and fairly large. It is tender to touch but I feel no pain otherwise on my ankle. What could this be?
Male | 25
You might have something called compartment syndrome. This occurs when the pressure within the muscles of your leg increases leading to swelling and pain. There could be intense bruising around your ankle can be an indication of this. It is vital to have it checked by an orthopedist immediately so as not to have any further complications.

I'm a 42 year old male diagnosed with undescended testes and now my joints and back are painful I've tried medication but pain is not going anywhere. Other symptoms 1.No facial hair 2. Male breast 3. Difficulty in Concentration
Male | 42
Based on your symptoms it seems that you might have a Klinefelter syndrome which can lead to undescended testes and joint pain. Executed in males who have an extra X chromosome. The inability to grow facial hair, the development of male breasts, and the trouble to concentrate are also other frequent conditions. So, it's crucial to consult an endocrinologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment which may include hormone therapy and pain management strategies for this condition.
